In all my years, it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review—especially one that concerns something as important as my well-being. But the customer service and professionalism at this pharmacy location are by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. I genuinely don’t know who is managing this store, but it’s clear there is a serious breakdown in communication and care. If you’re considering having your medications sent here, I strongly suggest you think twice.

I've used this store for more than 15 years. Sometime I do have to wait in line to pick up my prescriptions. But does it mean people like to come back here?

This place is like an entitled store that is bothered by customers and makes them do everything. And vaccines are killing people and they are pushing them… 2.6 million dead in US from Covid vax and they are profiting from it

Received COVID booster and it was all smooth from the arrival until leaving.

Pharmacy is not 24hrs
Edit: Returned during the day. Samer was woefully uninformed and claimed that the “insurance has to be applied at drop off”…pharmacy was closed when the prescription was sent so this was impossible.
Also, apparently this CVS does not accept BlueCrossBlueShield for insurance at all. Fair warning to everyone, pick a different pharmacy.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy that you can go to. The long way lines are right there, the customer service is terrible, they acting like they hate because you are coming to get your medicine, so please don't use this CVS Pharmacy to go and pick out your prescriptions. Because to be honest with you, those people over there are unprofessional. No respectful, unhappy persons that they really need to go and find another job. To be honest with everybody here, thank you.

The pharmacy staff are helpful and efficient. It's a busy store, so there are sometimes lines, but it is a clean well run store.

Do not use this pharmacy unless you want to receive empty prescription bottles and then be accused of doing something with the medication. If you do fill your prescriptions here, be sure to check the bottle at the register before you pay! Once you leave the store, it’s apparently your problem.

I've literally never left a bad review. This will be my first. It is well deserved. My little brother is dying and under hospice care at home. He has a brain tumor and it causes seizures. He has a month left if we are lucky. His doctor called in his anti seizure meds to this CVS, and my dad went yesterday to fill it. He called me confused bc they told him he had to drive to Duncanville to get it and I told him the doctor definitely called in to this location. He put me on speaker phone so I could talk to Jennifer. She confirmed that yes the doctors actually call it in there but there was an old refill in process in Duncanville and you couldn't have this RX at two locations--makes sense. I was asking what to do as he was almost out of this critical medication and could they call the other store and cancel it? How do we cancel that one and get it where the doctor called it in? She became agitated and visibly frustrated with us and got really sarcastic. I tried to explain it was highly time sensitive so I just needed to find out how we could cancel it quickly so he doesn't have another seizure--her flippant response was, I guess you better get on it then and stop wasting my time. I called the next day to check on the RX and talk to her about the way she treated my dad and she told me again her reasons and I clarified that I understood but what confused me is that talking to man whose son is dying and just trying to get his meds right, and you can't find an ounce of patience or compassion to help him figure out what needed to be done??? Where is your humanity??? Her response was--look sorry we have a lot going on, we'll fill it and it'll be ready in a few hours and promptly hung up on me. I cannot believe someone this callous and rude is in charge of helping people who are sick (or worse) get their medications.

So you know just having a lovely day heading up the ladies having the best time of my life then I walk to CVS and buy $25 gift card everything was going great until I try to redeem the $25 gift card. I tried several times to redeem the gift card but it said it was invalid. So then I was angry. I was furious that I threw a shopping cart over CVS. I try to get a refund but they were trying to butt f**k me. I'm never going back to this place. I just feel like whacking it every time I go there.
