I've literally never left a bad review. This will be my first. It is well deserved. My little brother is dying and under hospice care at home. He has a brain tumor and it causes seizures. He has a month left if we are lucky. His doctor called in his anti seizure meds to this CVS, and my dad went yesterday to fill it. He called me confused bc they told him he had to drive to Duncanville to get it and I told him the doctor definitely called in to this location. He put me on speaker phone so I could talk to Jennifer. She confirmed that yes the doctors actually call it in there but there was an old refill in process in Duncanville and you couldn't have this RX at two locations--makes sense. I was asking what to do as he was almost out of this critical medication and could they call the other store and cancel it? How do we cancel that one and get it where the doctor called it in? She became agitated and visibly frustrated with us and got really sarcastic. I tried to explain it was highly time sensitive so I just needed to find out how we could cancel it quickly so he doesn't have another seizure--her flippant response was, I guess you better get on it then and stop wasting my time. I called the next day to check on the RX and talk to her about the way she treated my dad and she told me again her reasons and I clarified that I understood but what confused me is that talking to man whose son is dying and just trying to get his meds right, and you can't find an ounce of patience or compassion to help him figure out what needed to be done??? Where is your humanity??? Her response was--look sorry we have a lot going on, we'll fill it and it'll be ready in a few hours and promptly hung up on me. I cannot believe someone this callous and rude is in charge of helping people who are sick (or worse) get their medications.

So you know just having a lovely day heading up the ladies having the best time of my life then I walk to CVS and buy $25 gift card everything was going great until I try to redeem the $25 gift card. I tried several times to redeem the gift card but it said it was invalid. So then I was angry. I was furious that I threw a shopping cart over CVS. I try to get a refund but they were trying to butt f**k me. I'm never going back to this place. I just feel like whacking it every time I go there.

Went to the Minute Clinic and the RN was so kind and listened to everything I told her about how I was feeling. She asked great questions and wrote prescriptions that already have me feeling like I’m on the mend. Will be going back in the future!

Wow, hands down the RUDEST & most unpleasant interactions with the staff here .... EVERY TIME. Particularly the night manager. Be warned, it's not just the pharmacy that is terrible- shop elsewhere. It's a shame too since they have more selection being in a nicer part of town. I will take my business to Walgreens regardless. Hire staff who understand customer service! Or at the very least, people who are "nice". Sheesh

Terrible service, cashier not trained, thank goodness for the self checkouts. Photo order not ready even though we got the email to pick up. Manager just standing around. Awful service!

I've always had a great experience at this CVS. The employees, (& especially Hazel) have always been helpful with a positive attitude.

The worst pharmacy. Rudest employees. They will not let you speak or finish a sentence and rudely interrupt. I went into the pharmacy three times to get a refill. They responded by telling me it’s my problem and to call my doctor. Still no prescription. I have been dealing with their attitudes and poor customer service for over six years and I’m done. Changing pharmacies.

They need to hire more employees or get rid of those stupid self check out machines. CVS thinks they are saving money but in fact I will shop elsewhere as it is more time consuming waiting for an employee to fix the issues on those 'efficient' machines. No one can use those machines without some aide from an employee. what is the point?

Pharmacist Kishan, the indian dude is so rude. He isn't professional at all. I asked him if he can make sure my anti biotic prescription is ready sooner. He threw my prescription papers in my face.

I wanted to purchase a Gatorade. The lady did not acknowledge me or say hi. After I asked how she was doing, she didn't respond. Then she just told me to check myself out at the self checkout. where has the customer service gone?

I had a very pleasant experience with the pharmacy here. I get nervous when getting shots, but the pharmacist was very kind and patient. Would come again.
