This is, not even going to deny it, one of my favorite places to be. I love the atmosphere, the energy, the attitudes-- it's contagious. Eli, the store manager, has exceptional skills, an upbeat personality and humor to match. The more I shop here, the more I want to shop here. I have become a huge fan of every single team member at this location. The store is ALWAYS in prestine condition. And I never have to chase a team member down for assistance. If I could rate more stars, I would. A huge round of applause to this *Dream Team*! They all work hard, have wonderful attitudes and always have smiles on their faces! Not to mention, always put a smile (or two) on my face!

I was having problems connecting my membership with my phone and one of the employees. Mr. Eli took his time to help me connect my phone with my CVS membership. He explained step-by-step and how to use my coupons. Truly appreciate His kindness!

To whom this may concern. This complaint is regarding store number #7748. On 10/14/2024 I went to the pharmacy to pick up my new prescriptions. Upon arrival the technician āJESSICAā welcomed me with a very bad attitude. After asking for my information, I informed her that I had insurance and wanted to use this. She completely ignored me. She asked for my card number, number which she input wrong. When I tried to correct her, she said that the number was for my care card points and was not important. Without wanting to argue, I gave her my debit card and was charged full price for my prescription. Upon arriving home, I noticed on my receipt that I could have probably paid less had she taken my insurance information. I called the pharmacy to see if the issue could be rectified over the phone but no one answered and I left a voicemail. I returned to the store and spoke to the general manager. I explained my situation, and she asked me to go back to the pharmacy and have the issue corrected. Once I arrived at the pharmacy counter, I asked the same technician to speak to a manager. āJESSICA and another pharmacy employee CINDYā were laughing and giggling at me. When I asked for their names they refused to give me this information. They asked the pharmacy manager āVINCENTā to assist me instead. He also was very unprofessional and thought the situation was funny. When I explained my concerns and asked if I could use my insurance he said, āwe donāt accept that hereā. I then explained that earlier I was not prompted by this information. Had I been informed of the insurance not being accepted the first time I would not have to drive up there a second time. When I asked for his name and the other employeeās name to report them for their unprofessionalism he refused to give me this information. I left the pharmacy department and spoke again with the general manager who was very helpful in providing me with everyoneās name. These employees are not aware of what some of us are currently going through, we arrive at the pharmacy sick and feeling down, we visit the pharmacy for our medications to feel better. Having to put up with this uncalled-for behavior on top of whatever sickness/ situation we are going through is quite unnecessary. Not only am I worried for the customers that are going through critical medical conditions and visit this pharmacy, but Im concerned about our elderly customers that have to put up with these employeeās lack of professionalism. I hope that this complaint reaches the right hands, and corrective action is taken because none of us deserve this kind of treatment. Iāll request a TDLR license inspection on the pharmacy employees, I do believe some of them donāt have license.

I looked for the product I need in the pharmacy section I couldn't find it I asked one of them please inside the pharmacy and she told me where it is I picked it up I walked to the self checkout and done fast thank you CVS

Worst pharmacy. They take forever, recived a call that my prescription was ready, just to come pick up and they say it was never filled it was just a reminder call. I would need to come back in an hr.

Tonight I waited 25 minutes along with the car in front of me and cars behind me in the drive through PICK UP prescription line. I called the pharmacy to see what was taking so long and they told me that they were FILLING a prescription for this car that was taking so long. When I finally got up to the window, I asked to speak to Samuel the pharmacist, and he didnāt have much to say and just walked away for his team to handle. Employee named April thought the situation was funny apparently because she just grinned and laughed and passed me off to another worker. She, he or anyone else apologized for the long wait. I was treated with disrespect and finally got my prescriptions after giving them the birthdate twice and the name twice. I was picking up for other people. I am so glad I am a Walgreens pharmacy customer and I will be telling my friends to not use CVS pharmacy or for sure not use this location anymore.

I like this store, except that they never have large 92 oz tide, and the pay-only machines don't take the coupons and they haven't worked for more than a month. But the staff and the store are very good, they are very friendly and the store is clean.

I recommend this CVS, all the staff is always attentive to help you! ELI was very helpful and helped me solve all my questions about some items and also provided good customer service.
