Not impressed what so ever. Management won’t check customers out at the registers and forces them to use the self check out. I guess they have too much music to listen to.

I went to this CVS pharmacy to get my passport photo. The staff there is very unprofessional. The staff I talked to is very rude and disposed of matters carelessly. He took a picture of me without letting me check, and he got my picture done very fast and carelessly. I tried to explain to him the Embassy requirement, but he gave me attitude and didn't listen my explanation. As a result, he took the wrong picture and wasted customer's time and make things worse. He is not responsible at all, and he just want to get things done without thinking it right or wrong. He talked to me very rude and told me to pay for the wrong photos. Very bad customer service!!

This location probably has one of the rudest cashiers. I understand you might not be happy with your job and I'm not asking for a smile or a small talk. I don't even care about "hello", but come on...scoffing and "growling" at the customers...Learn to stop projecting your crappy mood on others.

The Pharmacy staff has repeatedly been super helpful and kind. They have helped me sort out many different issues with my prescriptions and showed me which products I should get for what I was needing. Whenever I do not checkout at the pharmacy, I use the self-checkout, so I cannot speak to that, but the people behind the counter are always ready to help if there are any issues with the machine.

This CVS is terrible. Their printer was having an issue with printing my receipt and their worker who said her name was Moosh-Neck was trying to make me pay again and could barely speak English or understand what was going on. The manager was just as incompetent and as I was arguing with Moosh-Neck someone in line tried to tell me to just pay it because they were being impatient when I had already paid. Just overall terrible people and business.

I have been going to this CVS pharmacy for years! I go in, get my meds and leave as if I am ordering soup from the character on Seinfeld at the soup restaurant!! The feeling I get to the counter shifts to an "off putting" sense from the staff. I've been in customer service for over 35 years and I understand how a customer should feel and be treated. With a warm genuine "hello", kindness and understanding in a genuine way. I felt the need to take some time and actually write a review because it is just not the way it should be. Things need to change with the CVS customer service at the pharmacy. I am a very understanding, kind person and the staff here is just plain rude. They never smile, say thank you or even act human! I have seen new people working there, who also seem to act the same way as if they take classes on how to be a robot with no emotions prior to working there. I have given them every opportunity to act kind and respectful. I have gotten so used to the way they behave that I thought it was normal. Unacceptable is what it is. I realized on Christmas eve morning picking up my prescription that this rudeness needs to be addressed. I purposefully am patience and kind, say nice things JUST to see if I get any positive reactions. I receive cold, non emotions. I'm and tired of feeling this way when I go in there. It has to stop and a new training of kindness needs to be put in place. I can give so many examples of how they fail in their positions and how they make the customers feel. It is unacceptable. At this point, I would really appreciate a call from the actual person who would really listens and who WILL take notice and put in place some basic skills in real customer service and change the way they treat people.

I called this CVS location to see if it sold stamps and envelopes. A woman by the name of Bethel checked if both were in stock, confirmed they were, and even explained the different kinds of stamps and envelopes that were available. After she ran through all of the products I mentioned that I would choose regular stamps and 9x4 envelopes. SHE offered to put them on hold for me so I didn't have to search the store after arriving, and when I came, rang me up quickly and kindly. I don't particularly like or dislike this CVS but what I can tell you is Bethel is a great employee!!

Just called this store to find out if they have an item in stock for excruciatingly pain and explained that I’m not well. The person who answered say “I have NO idea. I’m just walking by and answered the phone. You can come in and check.”

Wow that man Teryon is wonderful. Such people skills, he really gets you when you come in the store. Ready for help when needing it. When he checked me out at the cash register he was very kind, asked me for my CVS card and made small conversation with me. Most interaction I have had with a CVS employee at other locations. Will visit again.

Advertised 24 hrs, but the pharmacy is open 9-9, m-f and 10-5 sat and sun. I had my prescription called in here so I could get it late, but I could not.

Every time I visit this specific store, the cashiers and front team members are super rude and unhappy. They have attitude and it is clear they have no intent to be working here. The store manager needs to address this team because they give a negative customer service experience every time.

The girl with the nappy blond hair is very rude. I heard her talking about another employee and over heard her using very vulgar language and to be specific she used the "N" and "C" word when describing this employee, which I found was the nicest worker there. I was just going to buy a red bull but I decided it was worth driving elsewhere.

This is my all-time favorite CVS!!!!!!! I have only been here once, but it was love at first purchase. I came in and bought multiple packs of sharing-size candy, and the cashier did not judge at all! This was an amazing experience. I would give this place 10,000,000/5 stars if I could.

My horrible experience was with the CVS at 6120 Mockingbird. Techs Elizabeth Jang and Joe Ybarra are two of the rudest, unprofessional people I've ever had to interact with in my opinion.Everyone in that store with the exception of one person walks around with the saddest expressions on their face and act like helping you is the last thing they want to do. The guy Joe was extremely hostile when I asked a question, told me they had a problem with me every time I go in there. Spoke with the pharmacy manager who said that wasn't true but told me basically it wouldn't do me any good to complain to the regional office bc they would just kick it back to him. It is like the fox guarding the hen house. I start a new medication that would pay them about a $150,000 from insurance. Needless to say, never setting foot in that pharmacy again. Treat customers like dirt.

The pharmacist Stephanie at this location is crazy and extremely rude.. i pick up meds for my kids here, and needed an oral applicator, a little 6 cent plastic piece they put in the bag, we didnt get one, when we went back, she was extremely rude and would not give us one, acting erratically and unprofessional. We drove 2 blocks down to walgreens and the pharmacist there happily gave me 2 even though im not a customer there. Stephanie had a chance to win over a customer, but instead she soured a family on this location. She acted as she didnt want to be there and was taking it out on customers. Just weird and abrasive.

wish there was such thing as zero stars. my daughter and her friends were at CVS and I was there too, watching them closely. they were looking at makeup and almost bought some things when suddnely, this very rude man decided to come up and accuse them of opening all the makeup. They never opened any makeup, for i was watching. I then called CVS after they kicked my kids out telling him that they did nothing wrong. He then said that they were opening makeup and writing inappropriate things on the wall, when they were doing nothing of the sort. i was watching them the whole time. Please take this review into consideration. If you have kids, they will always make up reasons to kick them out. i will definitely not be going to this CVS again.

Probably not the best reflection of the CVS brand. This particular location tends to be messy and out of sorts regularly as well as a lacking The ability to keep their shelves stocked. Oddly enough for highland park, this spot tends to have quite a few individuals requesting donations outside his door for different reasons. There have also been a few robberies recently. The customer service as well as pharmacy or a saving grace and the only reason there are two stars.

Preface; I do not ever write reviews.I walked up to the drivethrough pharmacy with my dog late at night. My dog was in pain. Dan was working this night and helped me and my dog, no hesitations. Drivethrough, but we were not in a car. He gave my rescue pup a treat and was generous and caring with his help. I will always request Dan for my future dog or not dog medical needs. Valid member of you cvs care team!
