I have used the CVS for pharmacy for a couple of years or more, and I have noticed lately that they are doing a fantastic job. The app is working better and the updates are clear. I went in today to pick up a prescription; the woman in the pharmacy was so amazing - friendly, helpful, smiling. It was such a pleasant experience. After I got home, I realized I had a question; they now allow you to leave a voice message and it said that someone would call me back within 60 minutes. I got a call in about 5 minutes and was able to get my question answered. The Pharmacist was very nice and understood. I really appreciate all of the staff in the Pharmacy.
And, I also bought some items and checked out at self check out in the front of the store. There was a young woman helping there. and I had a question. She came over with a big smile, listened and then went to ask someone else. Another woman came out, very friendly and helpful even though they didn't have the product I was looking for.
I'm not sure if there's a new manager or new staff or what, but CVS was doing an unbelievable job today and I appreciate that so much.

Pharmacy team was fantastic when I visited on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was helpful, competent, and quick. This is my favorite CVS in town.

This CVS on Preston and Glenwick in the heart of Highland Park has to be one of the best stores of all the CVS’s in the DFW metroplex. It was extremely clean organized zero clutter I was able to navigate to move around without any problems. There wasn’t a bunch of stock or things on the side caps are in caps. And on top of all that the ladies that were working were super helpful, extremely nice and just went above and beyond to help me And purchase what I needed to purchase and leave.

This place and especially the staff are incredible. My car broke down in the parking lot, which anywhere else might have resulted in it being towed when I had to leave it overnight. But not here. Not only did the pharmacy staff allow me to come in and cool off in the waiting area and the management not have my car towed, but a nice young man named Luca actually volunteered his assistance in the effort to fix my car. That's what I really call above and beyond in customer service.
I don't live in the neighborhood, but I'll go out of my way to do business here in the future.

Just terrible. Long lines to answer basic questions. I was told that I could not get a vaccine without an appointment, while there was literally a sign on the wall about vaccines behind her that said "Walk-ins welcome." Go literally anywhere else.

This tall man kicked me and my friends out of the store because we were taking too. We were having trouble locating a certain item. When he came up to me he asked me to go finish my transaction. I was still looking for said item and he got mad and said if I did not finish my transaction I was gonna get kicked out after, after asked him politely to go get my item he kicked me out. I come here regularly and I am not happy this.

There is a dangerous disconnect between what the website or app tells me and what the pharmacists tell me. Multiple months my prescription is put "In Process" and I call to confirm. I am then told by the pharmacist that will be ready at the boilerplate time of 14:00. After waiting, the website eventually says "Out of stock" without any notification from the website or the pharmacist. I am then told to check with other CVS pharmacies to see if they have stock.The problem with this is the other CVS pharmacies will not tell me if they have it in stock or not. Yet the website says "If you need your Rx today, contact your pharmacy to find a nearby location with your medication in stock." It is wild how disconnected the pharmacists are from the information being given by CVS and it is also quite dangerous. This will be the fourth time now that I have had to suddenly stop a medication that has explicit instructions not to stop suddenly as serious side effects can occur.CVS has become a baffling unprofessional and dangerous place to get medications from and I highly suggest researching others around your area as they do exist and quite possibly convey information to the customer far better. Do not place your health in the hands of CVS as it is clear they have not even read the very warning labels they plaster on their own medications.
