The pharmacist here is rude and unprofessional. She was rude to my elderly mother, then when I called to help she snapped at me for no reason. This is very disappointing because people need their medication but to have to deal with this type of unprofessionalism is sad. When speaking to my mom she talked to her like she was a child. CVS, when I tried to talk to someone else I was denied and guess what she still don’t have her medication. Do not shop here if you can help it. Terrible

I use to love this pharmacy, but when the new Pharmacist & Tech came out send as if they don't care and are rude. They won't even go as far as looking up information that they should be doing to assist the customer. The customer has to find info on there own. Sad to say that this pharmacy is not the one anymore. Bad Customer Service 😞

Annis lacks communication and customer service skills and could benefit from coaching and teaching. Picking up or dropping medication would be much simpler if she would actually communicate. I can’t imagine others who are struggling with acute or chronic health issues being treated in this manner when they are in a vulnerable state in which they need help and are seeking to get better. Annis looked up and saw me at the pick up counter did not address me and continued to work on whatever task she was doing. I do not expect her to drop everything she is doing but to simply address/ greet me and let me know she will assist me in a moment or a few minutes. Once she approaches the pick up counter again fails to greet me and simply stares at me. I had to ask her during the entire pick up process what information she needed from me. After every bit of information I provided she would stare and not say a word. I had to continue to question her what other information she needed from me. In the final stare off, she finally decided to at least point to a pad to the side of me which was not in my view so I didn’t know what she was waiting for or why she was just staring at me. She couldn’t even communicate then she only pointed indicating I needed to sign. The whole experience was painful with all the staring and lack of communication. Another family has had a similar encounter with this employee.

The Pharmacists are usually very good and helpful, but unfortunately today (7/16/2024 @1:20p) this pharmacist couldn’t care less and was just flat out lazy. I always have to make a drive for this pharmacy, because they are dependable and helpful, usually. She just says she has break coming up and doesn’t want to fill 1 prescription. Honestly, it’s not hard. She’s definitely not a good fit for how this pharmacy that usually treats and works with their customers.

Answer your phone! On hold for 30 min with an immediate need to talk to the pharmacy! Not all prescription issues can be handled on an app!!!
