Greetings, I was waiting the line, where is the line don’t know, the white lady and Pharmacy name Gorgia, they sneach out me rather than help me, they don't have professional manner, the customer service is lame, they show up to mqe what is not manner. I think is better than HR representative consider this and teach them manners… otherwise what is happening to me it’s happen another person.

The customer service (or complete lack thereof) is the only consistent thing about this store. We asked for help checking out because the self-service stations are small and we had a lot of stuff. Instead, one employee helped us scan our large items and then stepped back and watched us check out while the other employee used a mirror in the makeup section to braid her hair. The employees don't seem to know what it means to be on the clock.

Was decent but I guess the current batch of employees don’t wanna do their jobs correctly! They will lie to patients and tell them their medications aren’t covered by insurance but if you call a different location then it suddenly is covered under insurance! Instead of actually doing their jobs they’d rather run customers around! Got a message one of my meds is ready and then to be told it was a “system error” and it’s not because we don’t have it here 🙄🙄 just ugh! This is now the second cvs I’ve had issues with in two years 🤬🤬

I just witnessed a theft two back people I believe a male and female got startled when I walked in and left without paying the nice ladies working said don't come back but they are always coming in and stealing. CVS needs to protect the workers and they are not! It makes me, a avid customer Not Feel Safe! What is the law going to do, how will CVS protect the customer???

I tried calling the pharmacy to update them with information for a prescription. Someone picks up the phone, then without saying anything immediately places me on hold. I remained on hold for thirty minutes. I hung up the phone and called right back. This time, someone answers, states that there is a system issue, and then states I can remain on hold or call back. Before I can finish a sentence, I'm placed on hold. I'm tired of managers giving me apologies while I continue to get the same crappy service consistently. I'm sick of getting the same cut-and-paste response about valuing customers and the only thing I get is an apology and the same perpetrators are in the same positions and giving the same service right after.

Rude phamacy staff. Under paid bottom of the barrell pharmacist. CVS pharmacist in Texas make on average 15% less than in other states and it shows. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!

Management really needs customer service training at the location on Walnut HILL. I went there Saturday morning and you could not find anyone to help you. When the young lady came to the front, never ask if I needed anything, She standing there with her phone and her hand, not even (GOOD Morning). This will be my last visit to this location. I'm starting to believe some of the staff members are prejudiced. Let me say that, a lot of work needs to be done at this location, from my management perspective .

Like every business now, they can be understaffed at times, but the manager Lance Hart seems to be there all the time. He works hard to make customers happy, and keep the store neat. Employee are friendly and helpful. We have never had an issue with the pharmacy. One rude employee is no longer there.

Dirty, understocked and poor customer service. Got prices wrong multiple times and the check out person was not wearing their mask over their nose.
