Rude phamacy staff. Under paid bottom of the barrell pharmacist. CVS pharmacist in Texas make on average 15% less than in other states and it shows. Do yourself a favor & go somewhere else!

Lily was great! She took care of a mixup with my Doctor’s office quickly and professionally. She saved me a lot of time and headache by getting my medication mixup resolved ?

Management really needs customer service training at the location on Walnut HILL. I went there Saturday morning and you could not find anyone to help you. When the young lady came to the front, never ask if I needed anything, She standing there with her phone and her hand, not even (GOOD Morning). This will be my last visit to this location. I'm starting to believe some of the staff members are prejudiced. Let me say that, a lot of work needs to be done at this location, from my management perspective .

Like every business now, they can be understaffed at times, but the manager Lance Hart seems to be there all the time. He works hard to make customers happy, and keep the store neat. Employee are friendly and helpful. We have never had an issue with the pharmacy. One rude employee is no longer there.

Dirty, understocked and poor customer service. Got prices wrong multiple times and the check out person was not wearing their mask over their nose.

Only giving this pharmacy one star and that star is purely for LaJoy. Everyone else (females that worked this evening at the pharmacy, other than LaJoy and I think her manager) are a joke. Incapable of doing anything correctly and to be honest unsure if they should even be labeled pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. I think CVS literally hired people who can just count pills. LaJoy is the only one at this pharmacy that eludes class, intelligence, and superior customer service capabilities. The pharmacist (a short Indian woman), as well as two other woman that I dealt with this evening were just appalling. You clearly can tell they are unprofessional and lacked common sense with how they were talking poorly about their customers in front of other customers. CVS clearly needs to send their district managers in and clean up the personnel in that pharmacy. Maybe re-train them and confirm they really went to pharmacy school and have the right credentials to become a technician and pharmacist. Also, they should consider promoting LaJoy to a higher role as well. I have worked with her on two separate occasions and each time I never had an issue and she took care of EVERYTHING!!! She clearly goes above and beyond for her patients/customers. That's what happens when you LISTEN and don't talk s*** about your customers. Also, to the pharmacist that was working this evening...you should not get snippy with others due to your inefficiencies and not knowing how to read or looking into what already is in your system!

I love this pharmacy, I've been coming/shopping here for 7years now. I however don't like the new older lady with grey hair, Crystal I believe was her name. She is rude with zero customer service skills. Didn't bother to greet.

Don't go here! Go to the one on NW highway. One time I gave the PHARMACIST my pickup number and he said "we don't use numbers here" LOL. Okay. Perfect- a pharmacist who doesn't use numbers.

Taylor, in the Pharmacy, has great customer service. Went above and beyond to help me when they were absolutely slammed busy.

This is one of the cleanest CVS Pharmacies. I always stop by at least once a week on my way to work. The store manager is so nice as well as the staff. Thank you for making my day easier.

20 minutes on hold to speak to someone in the pharmacy before we gave up. In what world is that acceptable?

Worst and most incapable pharmacists I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. We are forced to go to CVS due to our insurance carrier. The staff lies. They are incapable of correctly updating records to show a prescription is to be filled for a year and EVERY SINGLE MONTH , we have to have our physician call in to get it filled.
