The store itself is pretty average for a CVS. The pharmacy needs some work. They don’t update you on your prescription status and over complicates the process of getting medication. I spent over a week trying to figure out ONE prescription. They failed to tell me it they didn’t receive the special order and had no updates on when i would be able to get my meds. Such a headache!!!

The staff here sucks. The sassy black guy who claimed to be the manager was the worst. But his sidekick Lizbet(cashier) didn't fall too far behind him. For one the manager was already super annoyed that I even dared to ask for help when I couldn't get the machine to scan my card. Had a few other issues with the self check out so it kept calling an attendant over. Well apparently Keith who claimed to be the manager did not want to be bother by me. It was as if I was asking to chop off an arm. Every time he came over he got more and more annoyed. Like sorry buddy but you decided to choose this job. No one forced you to apply. If you were going to give mediocre service you should've applied at McDonalds. Why become a manager if you don't like to be bothered with basic questions? The third time I called him over he tried to insinuate that I was stealing kept trying to look at my bags from things that were already purchased there while he stood hovering behind me. By the end of this I noticed he was getting angrier and angrier but I still needed an employees help since he was not busy I asked for help and he told his minion Lizbet to go and help because he didn't want to, in his words I was annoying him. I could hear him talk crap from behind the counter so as his minion approached me she decided to wave her hands in front of my face and ask what I wanted? At this point I was ready to leave the store but for some reason I thought this girl would have more sense then the clown running the show. Ha I thought wrong. She didn't try to help at all so I said you know what just void the transaction y'all can keep whatever else I was going to buy. I asked to speak to someone else or get a corporate number. Keith Didn't like that. So he told the employee not to give it to me. So they both continued to refuse to give me that number claimed there wasn't one and if there was I could look it up myself. Both of these employees were super rude and I could sit here and write out all the other horrible things that were left out but then I'd probably be writing a whole book. I'd avoid this store no point in giving money to a place where they don't even have respect and basic customer service skills.

HORRIBLE TEST LOCATION!!! Did the test in the drive thru and the Quest box was full with kits coming out of it. Additionally, it's unsanitary because you have to push your kit in aggressively. Luckily I had a napkin. It was NOT secure either. Smh

By far, the slowest CVS I have ever been to in my life. There are 3 people inside the pharmacy and every person in the drive through waits 15 minutes. There are 7 cars behind me and I have a scheduled Covid test. Why couldn't I just have walked in??? Is this more convenient or annoying???

The staff here is wonderful in the pharmacy. Service is fast, they're always very attentive, better than other CVSs I've been to. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff, store needed to be re stocked pretty badly. Looked like it was in the process, lots of totes everywhere. Made it seem cluttered and disorganized.

I use this location for there pharmacy as they are the most convenient location. They are extremely professional. Not to mention the pharmacist is bilingual. Now you wouldn't initially expect it but yes he is. I've been to some pharmacies where the pharmacist can't adequately answer your question. But that doesn't apply to this location

The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have to put up with a lot, went in this past Saturday morning to pick up prescription for my dad and little did I know that at the same time someone was stealing Tied pods from the back. The poor employee told him to leave because she was going to call the police.

I've lived down the street from this location for about 5 months now and when I want some Haagen-Dazs ice cream I think maybe I should go try this CVS instead of driving all the way to Walmart or Tom Thumb. I get there and for some reason at the top of the freezer everything is freezer burned (crystals all over everything) for the last 5 months. Please fix your freezer so we can eat Haagen-Dazs ice cream on Saturday night.

I've never had a problem here. The staff is always exceptionally nice and helpful, especially in the pharmacy.
