Only 2 baskets. My mom can not walk and shop without a basket. We went to the other one on Davis and they didn’t have any!! They have all this handicapped pkg but no baskets to help you shop. We ended up at Walgreens which was so MUCH better.

Terrible CVS. Never has stock. The pharmacy line was 10 people long and the drive thru was 9 cars. They need to be able to figure out on how to stock this store and service the customers.

I have come to this location for yrs as well as my family for its our neighborhood store..i have never dealt with the disrespect like i did tonight from the cashier Adriania ...just condescending and blatant disrespect.

Went in to buy something as I was waiting in line checking out, saw the mgr check their own employees personal bag for stolen merchandise. That didn’t sit well with me, if you don’t trust the people YOU hire don’t hire them. I wouldn’t be working for someone that didn’t trust me personally nor would I hire someone I didn’t trust. Shame on you CVS

After being on hold for 55 mins Ricardo at the pharmacy answers and gives me the prescription status and tells me that I would have to wait one more hour. I informed him since no one was answering I went ahead and came he then response with DO YOU WANT ME TO ANSWER PHONE OR FILL PRESCRIPTION absolutely not let me speak to your manager because you need to take that up with your superior

I am very displeased with the racism and disrespect from the pharmacy department. I was purchasing a mama for my sick baby and the pharmacist by the name of Belinda had already advised the mask was 2.99 but when rung up by Mariana it was a different price- 3.89. I advised her it was in correct and she began to be combat with me and I ask for the manager. The manager by the name of Jorge Gregorisch then came over and asked me if I needed money and I advised him I need the price corrected he then preoceeded to take 2 dollars out of his pocket slam it on the counter and say here you go I’ll pay for it. I was lost for words as I stood there waiting for my sons medication. This location always has bad customer service but I never received such bad service to that extent from the pharmacy. I will not be retuning to that location. I was very embarrassed by his actions as he yelled did I need money in front of other customers.

Fine store, but they don't accept OTC Network coupons even though they clearly say redeemable at CVS. No explanation.

Hello. I have been to many cvs around the oak cliff/ Dallas area and I can say this store by far has had the best customer service. From the time I came in up until I left. The cashier greeted me with a warm smile and was very welcoming with his words. I also had a few questions about some sales I got from a Cvs text and the manager was very knowledgeable. Before I left they both made sure to say goodbye and to have a nice day. I will definitely be back to this store. It makes such a difference when you have great customer service.

Drove to this location in need of something just for the lady to say it opens at 7. She was just walking around! Don’t put 24rs if it’s not 24 hrs!!!

Karen, you are a very lazy, rude and arrogant employee. CVS, you might want to have her take training from the employees at the Jefferson & Hampton store they have the best customer service.
