I ordered and paid for my items through PayPal at 5:18 PM and was charged immediately. When I tried to pick up my order, CVS had no record of it. I showed proof of my payment, but the manager, Moreaima ( I hope this is the correct name that was giving to me ) , had zero resolution and told me to call customer care — which was already closed.
Before I even spoke to her I spoke to an associate who gathered all my details tried to help me out as well but couldn’t so when she got on the phone I had to repeat myself .
I don’t go to any other location or order from anywhere else - I literally have everything verified on my account .
This level of service is unacceptable. I’m left without my order, out my money, and stuck with no help. Avoid if you want your time and money respected.
I did pick up for a smoother process to save me time having to wait to check out . That’s my fault though !

I came here with my parents that are older and using the Medicade debit card and the floor active manager Angela was so wonderful she helped us with our purchase she went far and beyond to help us we have never received this kind of service here before but thanks to her we will be back to this store

Horrible VERY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE the old man arguing with me was very embarrassing and the Hispanic lady with brown hair was also rude gotta find somewhere else to get my medication

I have asked for help at checkout almost all the time I get an attitude from the employee,seems a bother for them to help me .
I need help or else I wouldn't ask for it .
They seem annoyed helping me , I am careful not to make them mad saying hello and saying please and still I get a 😣.
It makes me not want to come here ,I have avoided ,but sale items and the convenience of being close it's what makes me come back .
