I had an outstanding experience thanks to Kim! Every time I come in, she’s incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of, whether it’s answering questions, helping find products, or just making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. You can tell she truly cares about her job and the people she helps. Thats the reason why I still go to this location.

The store needs better customer service. I've been calling since 10am and NO ONE ANSWERS! The pharmacy automatic machine is useless. Please do better!!

It's a pleasure to shop at the Skillman Road CVS #6965 because of a certain employee. Her name is Sanjida. Each time I'm there, Sanjida is always kind, patient and considerate. She's also knowledgable about where items are located and how different departments operate. I was having trouble with the photo kiosk and Sanjida walked up and fixed the problem immediately. Her positive energy is most welcomed.

I am so over the LACK of PROFESSIONALISM with the CVS PHARMACY at 7203 Skillamn Street #6965 - the TX State Board needs to reach out to Dr O, Pharmacy Manager - NOT did they cancel an appointment 3 minutes before I was scheduled to receive a vaccine BUT I had already CHECKED IN via the app. And then the PHARMACY MANAGER somehow thinks it OK to speak about my health in his outside voice so the entire store can hear him! The sheer lack of respect and common decency Dr O provided or DID NOT provide today should be reported! CVS needs to do better or find a more professional Pharmacy Manager! This place is a mess and I am being generous when I say that! HIPPA matters and one would think a pharmacy manager would know better!

The pharmacy is super slow, they don’t even use their waiter method when you come in to get your prescription. I have experience them consistently having the drive thru closed during regular business hours which is not handicap accessible for ppl who can’t get out of the car. I would advise you to fill your prescription somewhere else. This is the worst pharmacy experience ever.

Outrageously poor pharmacy service. Truly concerning that people who lack professionalism are assisting in the preparation and distribution of prescription drugs.
I arrived at the pharmacy about 10 min. prior to pharmacy close to pick up a prescription for my infant son that had been filled earlier today. There were three cars in front of me in the drive through lane. As I was only there to pick up a filled prescription, I was less concerned. The time taken to serve customers in front of me prevented me from getting to the service window until a few minutes past 8 PM. I arrived at the window to have employees close the window in my face. No words. Just hand gestures saying I was cut off - as though I had not been waiting for 10 min. due to the time needed to serve other customers.
This is wholly inappropriate behavior from people working to distribute medicine. There was no attempt to understand what I needed or medical necessity of the medication I was there to pick up. This evening pharmacy team needs to understand that there may be situations where it has a duty to serve customers for a few minutes after the 8 PM close time. Consider the importance of what you are doing and the significant impact you can make on peoples’ lives with a few minutes of extra time.

Jaime is an employee in the pharmacy which tries ro multi task but not help me the customer in front of her. I asked her to help me but she was trying to help the next person on the side if me. She got smart saying she wouldn't work for me. I would have her go back the CVS training. I walk back to the back to get her name and the pharmacist and Jaime were talking about me.. I guess I was living rent free in their heads already. I will be contacting their home office. I'm sick I don't have time to argue with her.

I’ve written less than 5 reviews in my whole 25 years of life, and all of them have been positive until today. Upon picking up a prescription with my wife, Sandra told us “someone else can help you” and ushered us to the side to get someone else’s prescription ready. I specifically asked for a reason why my wife couldn’t be helped, but her coworker shrugged and said “I dunno!” Not sure if it’s because we were the only people of color in line or otherwise. Regardless, beware of Sandra!

It would be nice if the RX people at the window could actually fully open the window and not wear a mask so that we can communicate with one another. Or here is an even better suggestion... English as a first language. Every time I go there to pick up I have to go through either a language barrier or a physical barrier to get my RX.

I absolutely would recommend this CVS. The cashier was extremely helpful and very patient. She actually helped two customers at the same time. She was very poised and professional. So sorry I didn’t get her name, but the location is Skillman/Walnut in the late evening.

I visited the CVS Pharmacy located at 7203 Skillman St on 01/30/25 and was assisted by a cashier named Samon. I intended to use my company benefits card to cover $35 of my $37.14 total purchase and pay the remaining balance with another card. Despite my request to split the payment, Samon insisted on charging the full amount to my benefits card. When the transaction failed, he suggested that my card lacked sufficient funds, even though I had confirmed a $35 balance with my company's accounting team.
It appeared that Samon was unfamiliar with processing split payments. Instead of seeking assistance or offering an alternative solution, he repeatedly attempted the same unsuccessful transaction and implied that the issue was with my card. Consequently, I had to pay the full amount using my debit card, rendering my benefits card unusable for its intended purpose of covering health related expenses. Today I've confirmed with my accounting team that there was not attempt for $35 all attempts were for $37.14 which shows that he act like he is splitting but he didn't even I showed him in the screen he said it won't show on the screen like I never shopped from csv before very funny.
This experience was frustrating, and I hope CVS will provide additional training to their staff on handling split payments to prevent similar situations in the future.

Miserably slow service at the pharmacy. Long lines with one register open inside and equally long lines in the drive through. Can easily wait 30 minutes here for a prescription. Unfortunately, other locations in the area like the one on Royal might be worse. Good luck.
