D&H Lending was able to successfully close on our mortgage thanks to Jeremiah and Andreas diligence throughout the whole process. As a first time home buyer I had a ton of questions and concerns that the D&H team (Especially my loan officer Jeremiah) worked through with me to my satisfaction. I would recommend this organization to anyone looking for a quick close on a house.

I had an opportunity to work with Jessica. She has a solid knowledge of the entire home buying process and more importantly the different aspects of the financing. She was patient and responsive even during the weekend it happened for us to put offers and needed the pre-approval letter from her immediately. She also communicated directly with the sellers’ agents to support our position in case of multiple offers. More importantly, the rate we got was quite competitive vs other lenders.
The only improvement opportunity is in the funding process where we received some repetitive questions about my wife’s paystubs and employment verifications.

Jessica and Andrea have been great during the whole process. They explained the whole purchasing process from start to finish, were fast to react, coordinated all items as needed in the background between various parties. In short, they were a pleasure to work with and very professional! I will certainly use them again in the future and can highly recommend them!

Excellent Experience with this lender. My only regret is not using them when i purchased my primary residence. But, i will definitely recommend and use them for future real estate transactions. Very responsive and caring, you will be in good hand throughout the whole process. The Best

Addendum: I have been asked by the owner of D&H lending to remove my review…I will not! This forum is available to voice my experience. They have left voicemails and emails requesting me to reach out to them so that they can answer my questions. I don’t have any questions. I had a front row seat on this nightmare ride. Instead of aggressively pestering me, perhaps the owner of this company should look inward at the workings of his company and employees to find out why they lost our contract. I did not fabricate what happened, perhaps his employees are not being completely honest with the boss…..WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Do not trust this company with such a big decision in your life! We were promised a 30 day close and 24 hours before closing, after having received pre-approval, preliminary closing documents and multiple promises we were told that “it wasn’t going to happen” unless we increased our down payment (already at 25%)! We were told that our specific underwriter was very picky! We had to restart our process with a different lender and closed in 12 days! That’s not all! After we pulled our application they called back and said “just kidding” they had given our file to a different underwriter and we were good to go now! How can an individual within a company have the ability to approve or disapprove based on personal bias! Do they not follow the same policies and procedures? They hounded us for 72 hours with phone calls, texts and emails saying that they could guarantee our close ( something they couldn’t do in the first 30 days). The lending officer actually called the sellers agent and told them that they cleared us to close and that we pulled our application! UNETHICAL!!! Also, we payed up front for our appraisal and when our new agent called them to share that information, they refused, quoting some loophole…we had to pay for another one! They also refused to refund our $400 rate lock fee saying that since we withdrew our application, it was forfeited! There’s more! My husband made the mistake of telling them that the new lender was giving us a better deal and they revised their contract to match it, trying to get us to stay on with them. My husband actually talked with some sort of supervisor at the company and said he was very nasty once he realized we were terminating. Save yourself time, money and heartache…DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
