I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. The company uses third-party services, and the bouquet I ordered was vastly different from the photo and description on the website. The flowers were of such poor quality that my wife refused to accept the delivery, knowing they were not what I would have chosen. She immediately informed me of the issue and returned the bouquet to the delivery driver. It was then disclosed that the flowers originated from a grocery store florist. When I contacted the company for a refund, they only reimbursed the delivery fee. I strongly advise against using this service.

The customer service that the D Gift Shop offers is absolutely amazing!! We had a horrible experience with another shop in Dallas. We came across the D Gift Shop. I called them today. They had a perfect gift basket. Balloon. And stuffed animal delivered to the little guy we were sending it to the same day. Not only did the nail the order they also went above and beyond to make the late night delivery. They drove over 30 minutes to make sure he got his goodies sooner rather than later!! HIGHLY recommend them!!!

Beautiful flowers and quick delivery! I made a last minute purchase at D-Gift shop through the website towards the end of the day and they were quick with the delivery and delivered within 30 minutes of my order. The employees were very helpful with sending me pictures of the flowers they had and gifts that I ordered and I was very happy with my purchase.

Excellent customer service! These folks go above and beyond to help. Very refreshing to find such nice employees that go the extra mile to help a customer, esp since I was out of state. Very positive experience!!

I have a friend that is in the hospital that lost her new born baby. I called gift shop to find out about how their gifting delivery process work since I am not able to go to hospital. I spoke with Alex and he was more than helpful. He listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and made some very good suggestions. He went above and beyond by sending me pictures of items to choose from. I was able to choose the right gift and have it delivered to my friend. Thank you again Alex for your patience and kindness!
