I had an amazing experience at Dallas Auto Pro! Mo was incredibly responsive and explained the entire process in detail. He even gave me great advice on where to get parts at a better price instead of going through the dealer. The work was done perfectly, and my car looked fantastic when I picked it up. I’m already planning to bring my other car here. Highly recommend Mo and the team at Dallas Auto Pro!

Worst experience ever. I paid for everything out of pocket. He didn’t provide any receipts to any of the work that was done. Left my window down while it was raining and hood uncovered. I got my car yesterday April 7, and as I was driving my car stopped accelerating. Probably because he kept moving it, without checking the fluids. All my papers in my glove compartment is gone. Airbags were not replaced. The side skirt on my car is gone. All this was supposed to be in the $5k that’s I paid to get fixed. Avoid him at all cost. Probably need a new transmission now because of his carelessness.

My overall experience here was not good. The work was fine but the manager/owner was not concerned with having me wait this morning. He said the place opens at 10am. I waiting until 10:35am before I left. Also I came in last week before closing time to pay in advance while waiting on a part to come in but the place was closed early. I initially wanted to have a paint job done here but because of the experience I had here I don't think I will not be back here again.

This guy has no idea what he is doing. Quoted me $2500 for a 3 week job that ended up being 3 months. Wanted half the money up front and in the end I had to tow my car out of there and it was incomplete. A total hack job! When I took it to another repair shop they showed me he all the mistakes he had done. The guy at Dallas Auto Pro thought he could just cut out the bad parts and replace them with new parts. He literally gave up and the car just sat there for months. Lost $1,500 and picked up the car with big gaping holes, doors barley hanging on and parts missing. I would strongly advise anyone not to go here for body or accident repair. If I would've got my deposit back I wouldn't have written this review.
