If I can give it 0 stars I would I’ve had my car towed before from here and never had an issue or been cursed at I understand it’s there job. But the 2 woman working the night shift are VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL no one was in the office when I walked up to the window and the lady got mad and told me “DONT YOU SEE THE SIGN” literally no one was there but me and my brother. Oh that’s just the start. Both the ladies did not let me speak and had a very nasty attitude not once was I being rude or being loud. The white lady was just mad or idk but she was cussing at me and getting mad when I told her I’ll be back with the vin number. Horrible experience and I’ve never been treated like this here they did not want to give me my truck. I came back today 12/14/2024 and the day shift lady made the process smooth and quick with no attitude SHE SHOULD GET A RAISE!

This place is an absolute scam! The bad reviews say it all. Got my car towed at Allen Outlet mall while shopping on Black Friday weekend. They don't let u know not to park there & site a small tow sign for non patrons. I did not know it was not part of the mall, also did not see the signs but I sure saw all the barricades pushing me that direction to park. Crazy scammers are in wait for u to walk away and the tow trucks were having a field day swooping & towing unsuspecting shoppers. They also don't let u know it's towed-had to ask around. So many shoppers got burned that weekend-we should call them the Grinch that TRIED to steal Christmas joy. $343 was the cost and I retrieved it with in an hour. All you see is barricades everywhere & as soon as u get outta ur car, they are in wait for u to walk around the corner. This is for real a scam & the police should get involved.

You towed my husbands big ass truck at 11:21 this morning... WITH THE RECEIPT IN THE DASH... It was parked behind the Statler Hotel in Downtown. His lojack has been disabled too. We had to find out from 911 where it was, WHICH it wasn't it's not at the address on Goodnight that 911 gave us. It's at some shit hole on E. Ledbetter. So here we are in an Uber suv trying to chase around to get to his truck, instead of heading home. Over 2 hours of our time wasted so far, $100+ for Uber, and almost $200 they say to get his truck out. YOU ARE IN THE WRONG SOUTHWEST AUTO TOW.

They keep you on hold for so long. After reaching 1 person on queue it said Unavailable and hung up I was on the call waiting for 2 in a half hours!!!

I had my vehicle impounded as it was stolen and then found by Dallas police. The two ladies at the front (Theresa and the other lady who was there after on 06/09 around 6 pm) were great and professional. Normally places like these are not customer centric but I was able to get my personal belongings with ease and recover everything!!! I was apprehensive from the other reviews but even the tow drivers inside the impound were super nice and gave me more direction on where my car could be. Thank you for making this one less thing to stress about bc having your car stolen is not fun. If y’all can’t get through on the phone, come in person during the day and it will go well! Best of luck.

I just moved in these Apartments a this tow service pickup my car it wasn’t stressed enough that I needed to give my vehicle information because I was driving a U-Haul when I signed my lease was informed that a tow service would be unforced. But I hear it’s a commission deal with the complex. This is bad business and shady practices on this complex not to mention it as paramount to get vehicles information ASAP but when there is a gain on their part why bother!!! Thieves, they stole my motorcycle and the police called me to go get it to this terrible place of thieves when I arrived I found my motorcycle destroyed and they were charging me $500 to be able to get my motorcycle out of that damn place, they should shut down these criminal thieves

Terrible customer service, my car was stolen, and brought to this lot. It has been a terrible experience to try and get my car released to a tow company to start repairs.It isn’t easy to get your car back, and the people are hard to work with.
