Hospitality is top-notch and second to none, with very nice people, welcoming staff, and a fun atmosphere. There is convenient access to downtown Dallas with shuttles available, and valet parking is a nice touch. Security patrols the parking lots, and a market app helps visitors stay in-the-know. The center also hosts various events and expos throughout the year, featuring vendors from around the globe, with snack stations and easy check-in processes. It is a place to meet the who's who and create lasting relationships with vendors.
We had a great time attending Lightovation. We had trouble gaining access and John P at the front desk was incredibly friendly and humorous while helping us sort things out!
