Usually towing company's are hit or miss. However, Dallas Towing & Recovery was AWESOME!! They were prompt, careful when loading my vehicle and delivery. Jason was the gentleman who provided absolute top-notch customer service. He was very knowledgeable and skilled to the point of being able to carefully unloading my car directly into my garage for safe keeping. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Satisfied Repeat Customer. Blown motor on my F-150, Dallas Towing took it from Dallas to Ft.W and back and finally to McKinney. Now trust them with my GT350, they are worth the money then to limp my car with a bad clutch to the shop.

Fast and efficient! I was expecting to wait longer, and the tow truck arrived sooner than expected! The driver was very nice and respectful! The receptionist who took my phone call was highly professional! I am very pleased and thankful!

Top notch service! I was broke down and in a bad spot stranded on the highway! The phone receptionist handled my frustration well and my tow truck driver arrived quickly and got me to where I needed to go. Big thank you to the Dallas Towing & Recovery Team!

How this towing company has 5 stars I have no clue. I had scheduled a tow from them at 9am on 10/16. I was advised that in 1-1.5 hours someone will be out there to pick up the truck. No one showed up until 4pm. Once they showed up, the guy mentions he won’t be able to make it to our terminal by 5pm. I was advised that following morning at 8am-8:30am they will come up to the terminal to make delivery. The truck did not get to the terminal until 10am.I extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism with this towing company. Not once did anyone update me what was going on. I had to constantly call these guys back and forth to get any sort off communication.My strong advise, stay away!

I had a car that wouldn’t start in a very tight parking garage. They sent two different trucks a snatcher and a flatbed and very carefully got it up to street level. Miguel was very friendly and helpful. Thanks.Service: Car towing

Truck drivers just stopped at a 7-11 and blocked my car in. Had to wait for them to shop or back in into on coming traffic to get out. Very rude!!
