The customer service here is amazing they deserve 5 stars , unfortunately using the debit card they issue can be hit or miss half of the time the chip doesn't work . They are cheaply made the numbers aren't raised and the ink tends to fade after a couple months , I've had prepaid gift cards with better quality. The customer service is amazing I just wish they would step it up with their debit banking cards because half of the time they are useless for point of sale transactions.

This is the worst credit union I've ever dealt with.. service is not good, delays with payroll checks going into account, and they are never available when you have issues... will definitely bank with another credit union!

Good service on most things but very poor credit card services. Get your cards elsewhere. I coinstantly get transactrions rejected, even for Deezer music service and other out of US services that I rely on in my business. They will not budge on this rule either so I'll soon have to take my business back to a "real" bank that has full service.

This is bank is so unfair I called in to do a balance transfer and my phone disconnected the call and then I was interested in open up a loan and I was told I have to go through employment verification cause i was calling multiple times and my phone kept dropping the call.... I was like forget it you can closed both of my accounts this is discrimination bunch of racist white people working at this credit union and I will take my business elsewhere.... didn't approve my loan anyways I already removed the credit inquiry

Always a good experience. Ginger, Don & Kevin are very efficient and professional. They still manage to be warm, welcoming and accomodating. They've taken care of my banking needs for years. Two thumbs up.

I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeanie Donaldson at Prestige Community Credit Union! A while back, Jeanie suggested I add Courtesy Pay to my checking account in case of an emergency. If there was an emergency and I didn't have the funds in my account that day, the Courtesy Pay would allow me to use my card. I would need to pay in full within 30 days. If I couldn't do this I would speak with a loan offer for a loan to pay off. I thought that would be a great idea. Today I went to have my tires checked on my car since I was going to make a long drive this weekend. My tire tread on all four tires was 94% worn. I didn't have money to pay for four tires! Then I thought, wait, Jeanie set me up with Courtesy Pay so I can use my Prestige card. I used and now I feel safe to travel this weekend on my road trip. I can't thank Jeanie enough for being proactive and telling me about Courtesy Pay! Because of Jeanie, I can still go on my road trip to visit relatives this holiday weekend! THANK YOU SO MUCH JEANIE! You are a life saver!!!!

At best PCCU is inconvenient. Few locations and you can't deposit checks or cash into the atm at the Addison location. So if it's after hours and you need that money in your account now, you're s*** out of luck. You can deposit into legacy texas but it could take 10 days to be in your account. Mobile deposits have to be cleared by the people at the branch so you have to wait for that. It seems like when I need them, the branch is closed which is just bad timing but still annoying. And it seems like I have to visit the branch more often than I did at my last bank where I rarely had to go in. Also I keep having issues with my debit card and fraudulent activity calls from the fraud detection center and the wait on hold is at least 20 mins( honestly I haven't spoken to anyone from the center because I hang up after 20 mins) and then there's a block so I can't buy anything. I just got a new debit card yesterday (because of the block and issues with contacting someone at the fraud detection center. The guy said I didn't need to talk to the center, he would remove the block and cancel my card due to fraudulent charges. Now I got my new card, still seemingly blocked AND the fraudulent charge went through and is posted on my transactions ??) and I can't buy anything because of ANOTHER fraudulent charge on my BRAND NEW CARD from somewhere in California and now I'm on hold. Again. My rent was late this month because of issues with my debit card. Super annoying. The staff is all really friendly and I've never had an issue with the customer service but with all of this I've decided to switch to a different credit union.

Great experience with my auto loan with Prestige. Sharla was so helpful and patient with me as I searched for the vehicle I wanted. Communication was so easy and fast via both email and phone calls. Would recommend Prestige and Sharla to anyone!

I would give them a zero if it were possible. I set up the account with the intention to apply for an auto loan (since CUs are traditionally known to have better rates). First of all, it took a couple of calls, back and forth to get online access. As if that wasn't enough, I put in my loan application and it was an ordeal. Mind you, I have an excellent credit (784) with a very good income and no derogatory report whatsoever, on my credit. Guess what? I called and called on the status of the application for weeks. The lady told me it was being approved but because I dont have a history of auto loan, they would need an approval from the board. It was the most preposterous thing I have heard in a while. I work in the financial service industry and I know the dynamics of how credit works. Its the third week and I still never heard from them. I want to believe the company has selective treatment because there was absolutely no reason for suppressing my application. Eventually, I got preapproved with Capital One, Toyota financial and Honda financial services and even got a fantastic rate, due to my credit. Congratulations for lost business. I will never recommend this particular credit union to anybody.

Who ever does banking with these people has to have a VERY low IQ. I could not find the other location that is in Mckinney, TX, the address is 6801 S.Custer Road. I walked in this place and was completely ignored, I even asked the girl to call for a manager I was ignored again. This explains why you only have two branches. You guys suck! Oh well, who cares I want be stepping foot in either location ever again. Johanna C. comes across as a certified grade A racist. Black people please be careful who you are doing business with. Is it worth it to do business with a company that mistreats blacks. There are way too many Credit Unions out here to be dealing with this racist behavior. Black folks you may want to reconsider doing business with these people, from what I experienced today they could care less. I don't think they need our business.

Jeanie was fast and set up my account quickly. Everyone here is friendly. I prefer banking here than my last bank that I had.
