We had to rush in our Sphynx, Princess Vagina in for critical care as there was a mass nearly obstructing her entire airway. They made the experience as pleasant as possible considering the circumstances, got her in and stable and gave us answers as they could. The doctor was extremely thorough in what was going on and the options that we had. We have a long road ahead of us but I feel confident with the team we have to help us!

Very nice place with nice people. The doctor was good also. The building needs the title of business on outside. It was the first time I had been there.

I wrote my original review on yelp, which I stand by and will post again, warning others about my own personal experience with Dr. Radash and his staff. I have never posted anything of this nature in a public forum, so clearly, this experience with this clinic affected me deeply.I am not from Dallas. I have lived all over the country. I am originally from the Northeast, lived in NYC, Boston, Miami, etc. I most recently lived in Michigan with my husband while he was attending school. We have three dogs together, of all different ages and personalities.I brought my youngest dog here after she was unable to walk properly after we left her at a daycare facility. I quickly noticed the injury when we returned home from a brief trip, and I immediately took her to the ER vet & a second opinion vet. They both suspected either a fracture or tear, and referred her to DVSC.I spoke with the front desk staff at DVSC two separate times - expressing to them how concerned I was about our dog's leg - and they told me they would review XRays and determine if they could see me sooner. They told me that because Dr. Radash had "no concern" of a fracture, her case was not considered urgent, so she would need to wait multiple days to be seen. If it was a fracture, I was under the impression they would've seen her earlier. However, when I went to meet with Dr. Radash, he saw me for about 5 minutes and told me that she would need surgery. From what I recall, he did not use the word fracture with me in his office. I only found out she had a fracture after her surgery was performed only due to the invoice wording. When I was told our dog was ready to be picked up, I get another phone call telling me that they actually need to re-sedate her because she removed her cone and got her bandage off, while in their care. Originally, Dr. Radash advised me against doing XRays and surgery on different days because sedation can take such a toll on the dogs. This was alarming to me. I asked them to call me back and told them that I feel very uncomfortable with what is going on with my dog. I did not receive a call back. I called them again and spoke to Karen, who did make me feel slightly better about the situation, but still, I don't believe this should've happened in the first place.About a week later, I call to have her bandage rechanged. I am told my appointment is at 9. I come in and ask them how long they think the bandage change will take, and they tell me they can't be done with changing a bandage until 2:30. I ask them if there is anything they can do, as I work full time and can't drive 4 hours in one day (& needed to be rechanged 3x) for a bandage rechange. The front desk staff, without asking anyone, tells me no, and then the vet staff tells me "we all have jobs too" while glaring at me. I later find out that I could've dropped her off in the afternoon, paid $60 for a boarding fee, and picked her up the next morning. After having once again a less-than-stellar experience with them, I wrote a review on yelp outlining my disappointment and essentially saying that I would not recommend going to this establishment.I do not believe the price is worth the service, and I believe these people are in the business of making money, not necessarily caring for animals. After speaking to my husband, he advised me to remove my review until after Maggie's care was finished. I did so within 10 minutes. When I went to pick up our dog, I was brought into a room under the guise of a routine check up, but instead was intimidated and chastised by Dr. Radash and Dr. Noecker, who then proceeded to briefly block me from getting my dog. I was then called a bad mother and intimidated again/hindered from leaving by the entire vet staff who stood around the dog as I was attempting to take her to leave.I left hysterically crying, shaking, and in shock. I have never felt so violated from a place of business in my entire life, and I hope that no one else experiences what I experienced with these people. (full review on

I love VCA Animal Diagnostic Clinic. The staff are great all around. My princess has CHF and has been visiting the cardiology clinic for the past 16 months. She experienced a uterine infection and the care was properly coordinated between her cardiologist and the surgical team. Dr. Porterpan and Dr. Troendle were kind and loving towards my baby girl. I believe Dr. Lang and Dr. Porterpan performed the surgery and Dr. Troendle was the weekend hospitalist. Their entire staff of technicians were also incredible and smart. They all have a great bedside manner and knew what to say to make us, the pawents, feel good about the care our princess was receiving. I would feel comfortable and confident in their ability to perform any surgical procedure on any of my babies and provide excellent post-op care. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend DVSC. Dr. Lange performed BOAS surgery and a neuter on my French Bulldog (Tucker) and he did a great job. The entire staff at DVSC are class acts. Thank you to Dr. Lange and everyone on staff for making this experience so positive.

Where do I even start... We met with Dr. Wright (oncology - highly recommend) who had scheduled the mass removal with Dr. Thompson. However, my pup's mass started leaking, filling his abdomen with blood, necessitating emergency surgery. It was an already risky procedure due to the location on his liver that became even more precarious. Ultimately, Dr. Radasch performed the surgery. Dr. Porterpan was fantastic to work with, keeping me updated. In fact, the entire team was exceptional. Their compassion was evident, and I cannot express enough gratitude to these doctors and the staff for their outstanding care of my pup and their support during a challenging time. Today, we received the wonderful news from Dr. Wright that Dr. Radasch successfully removed the entire mass, leaving us with clean margins. THANK YOU!
