Good place for some yoga! They've got some great instructors, especially David S, and I liked the 'authentic relating games' on thursdays.

Able to practice online, or in Studio. Affordable prices. Instructors are engaged with class, and make you feel at home. I like the Power, and Restorative Flow, along with Meditation, and Alignment classes. All top class.

Instructors like Caroline are superb. There are lots of reasons I love DYC, but ultimately, it is the unmatched quality of instruction that I come back for.

Great location and space! I really enjoyed the class being smaller, but crowded at all. Mike is an amazing instructor! Very well rounded class that left me feeling much better than when I walked in. Thank you!

Caroline B is amazingly kind and patient. I'm brand new and really out of shape. She always makes me feel welcome and adapts things so I can participate at my level.

A very peaceful experience. The cacao ceremony was divine—definitely, a present moment to remember.

The only yoga studio I have been to in Dallas that honors traditional yoga practice, uses sanskrit and is slow-paced to focus on form and alignment and not heated.

This yoga studio is a beautiful space, quiet and relaxing. I recommend this place to anyone who needs to relax and relieve stress after long week of work or just want to unwind.

World-class teachers. Other studios' and gyms' yoga instructors don't come close. Never had a bad, or even mediocre DYC teacher. Excellent variety of classes and styles; terrific value for the cost. Keep it up!

In reading the reviews, I feel uneasy giving DYC 2 stars. Yet, I went to a Yoga Fundamentals class at the Sammons Center and was disappointed with the class. The space was great and the vibe was very positive. Yet the instructor sucked. We didn't do the basics Yoga asanas or pranayama. She did several modified posses to focus on the neck and back. She didn't circulated the room to provide additional support. I'm disappointed and looking for a good Yoga class.

This is just what we need. When you walk in the door the energy of everyone inside is friendly, happy and motivated to be healthy and fit. It is busy until the classes start behind doors. I love my Yoga instructors. The classes are just the right size, not crowded. The communication about correct posture, poses and stretches is clear and helpful. To schedule is a class is beyond easy on the website. Quality group of people!

My wife and I have been taking private at home lessons together with Sandi Tindal for about a year. We were practicing yoga through a phone app with on-demand classes. That was helpful to learn about the different types of yoga, become familiar with some basic poses and the use of accessories. It also helped us see a glimpse of how regular yoga practice can help gain strength and flexibility while improving our posture in ways that are useful for our routine, daily activities. At some point we felt stuck, no longer making as much progress, and decided we needed an instructor present to give us specific cues and correct some postures, allowing us to pursue more challenging goals safely. We are glad we found Sandi. She has worked with us to customize the classes to achieve specific goals and to minimize risks of injuries, always being very professional and detail-oriented. We noticed and continue to notice the difference, with her cues also helping us better take advantage of the on-demand videos between in-person classes with her. She gives concrete feedback to continue to improve, and provides recommendations on what to work on our own until our next class, making it more sustainable. With our busy work and personal life, her flexibility also helped make sure that unavoidable schedule conflicts would not get in the way of us practicing regularly. Sandi is a great teacher and we look forward to her classes every week!
