I wouldn't even give it one star but that's the only way to give a review this place rips people off and when I questioned the manager she kicked me out so I got charged over 100.00 for stuff I did not get or even play if the idiot looked at the cameras she would have seen us leave the facility after I added 165 coins amd guess what my coin balance is only 15 when I said I was placing a complaint with corporate is when she said I had to leave

We have spent hundreds of dollars here. We always see how many tickets we have prior to playing and have a competition on who can win more. We came here tonight for a date night my husband won multiple jackpots and almost 10,000 tickets from multiple machines. We had multiple people walk up behind us and witness these wins on certain machines (angry birds coin pusher for example). We went to redeem our tickets and we were told the card was BLOCKED. They said this typically happens if you cheat or the machine malfunctioned (how can we “cheat”). We ended up getting a recording of the winnings for some machines an caught the manger in a lie not knowing what he was talking about. He took away 5,000 tickets claiming the machine malfunctioned. He then had NO proof of this but that the computer didn’t record the wins. He also claimed that the machines needed to be reset but yet we had to suffer from this. Jose alvez if that’s even his real name is a terrible manager. He claims the machine displays a certain number for the jackpot but if you win it doesn’t pay out that number WHAT IS THE POINT OF A JACKPOT IF YOU CANT WIN THE WHOLE AMOUNT??? I will be calling corporate and fighting this. This is BS!

I understand your frustration, and I’m sorry for any confusion. The cheese sticks are currently priced at $10.49, not $5.99. Unfortunately, we can’t change the menu price during checkout as those are our standard rates. For clarity, here’s the Concord menu for your reference.

Expensive and loud. We had food there, and they automatically put a tip on the price of the game cards you buy, which has nothing to do with the food service.

Please!!! Look at your check in full!!! I ordered 2 appetizers & a drink.. after I asked for my check the waitress pulls up some IPad digital auto pay. I asked her nicely where's my orders??? Turns out.. not only are they charging 27cents for EXTRA ranch (mind you,, I had one sauce only with 3 apps)! They also put on there OWN TIP!!! I changed it & checked my bank account when I got home... she added my tip PLUS that 18% which there is only 3 tip options! Ridiculous service

So my son and I was just told by Tiffany the manager at the Concord Mills mall location in Concord N.C.location we could not redeem our hard earned points for a ps5 because she didn't have time to verify my points. She said it would take too long. We have spent PLENTY of money and countless Wednesdays during the summer and holidays only to be told she didn't feel like doing her job. UNACCEPTABLE

Age discrimination…. I get times are tough but don’t expect to be able to enjoy Dave and busters if your a parent any age under 25 because apparently to be able to enjoy the “family friendly” establishment you actually have to be an adult, in Which case your better off at a casino, but if your anyone like me, hard working parent who only has weekends with your kids, don’t go to d and b. It won’t say anything online when you look it up at first, and it won’t even say it on the front doors, you’ll have to go in with your kids all hyped up only to get turned away ( and laughed and yelled at at some of the stores ) literally right before getting in.
Shame on you d and b, please stop falsifying your info with “family friendly ness” it’s a lie.
And I know I’ll get laughed at for this and called a male Karen but as someone who works in retail and deals with policies and such this is the most ridiculous…. I understand maybe 21 but 25 to be able to have a family outing is insane.

Kitchen manager needs to find a job that doesn’t deal with the public. Maybe picking up trash along the highway would suit him better. Before you even have a chance to talk, he has a major attitude.

All I gotta say is the hard earned money people earn and spend at Dave and Busters is wasted on horrible management the kitchen manager for my location literally stalked my Facebook page that's utterly creepy like does Dave and Busters pay it's managers money to stalk peoples Facebook. I'm utterly scared and terrified that my former managers be driving past my house and watching me. This is a horrible company my advice don't apply here or even waste your time here. Because they'll stalk you for sure 100%

DO NOT USE THE APP OR THE WEBSITE!!!! I wouldn't even give this website or app a star but I didn't have a choice in order to leave a review. Get your stuff from the actual location stay off of the app it sucks it does not work and you have to fight to figure out where your chips are or where your card is at do not use this app it is not worth it.

I went to this Dave and Busters with my friends. I myself is 20, the one was 20, and the other was 21. This is my 4th time coming to this particular Dave and Busters.
Both me and my friend who is 20 have non expired drivers license. My 21 year old friend has a permit however it is expired. To be able to simply go in the arcade we were ID. FIRST TIME they ever done this. We were denied entrance due to the one having an expired permit. It's not like he didn't have a permit it was just expired. MIND YOU as a normal person you know that your birth date does not change from an expired permit to a non expired permit. I would understand if he was getting alcohol, but none of us obviously drink. We just wanted to go to the arcade.
Again I have been to this arcade multiple times no issue. It seems like they just pick and choose when to ID people. If you are going to ID people then you need to implentmant this house rule to everyone and everyday.
This is based off the Camp Hill Dave and Busters and how they handled the situation.
This is an updated review with a clear head.
