My fiancé and I were shopping for a wedding band and fell in love with this gorgeous cable edge band with cognac diamonds. The quality is incredible and the service was even better.Tracey was extremely welcoming, personable and a wealth of knowledge. She was able to help me find the perfect size, get a personalized engraving and taught me so much about the company.Hearing the history of David Yurman and how he and his wife work together to co-create such beautiful art sealed the deal. We are thrilled and will definitely be back to visit Tracey soon.

I came to this location recently and was surprised by the attitude of the gentleman and lady working. Neither seemed pleased to have me there which was odd. I was only person in store. However, despite the reps, I do love the jewelry they have and I always keep my eyes on the prize. I was happy with my purchase.

I called inquiring over my bracelet that was broken. I spoke to a gentleman who told me that David Yurman would replace my bracelet, when I went into the store that wasn’t the case I was told that I had to pay $105 in order for it to be repaired. I drove an hour thinking it would be replaced and if I payed for the repair I would still have to drive back to pick it up they wouldn’t be able to ship it to my home. If I wanted to speak to the store manager I had to book an appointment even though I was already at the store.

Bought both my wife and my wedding bands from here. Ask for Chris, he is wonderful! David Yurman was even able to engrave a custom logo on the outside of the men’s band for us. And to the inside of the women’s band. The workmanship is unmatched and extremely detailed and accurate to the image we provided. Chris also provided us with white glove service. It is truly a luxurious experience whenever we visit.

I walked in there today wanting to buy a necklace and pendant . A sales man walked by my several times and did not ask me one time if I needed help he just stood there . The lady in the men’s section was helping someone but she didn’t even acknowledge me. I guess they thing because I was in a tee shirt and shorts I could not afford to shop there.Well FYI I own the distribution company that was on my shirt. By far the worst customer service I have encountered.

I went to purchase my ring and loved the customer service that Donovan provided. He was very professional, knowledge and personable. I even gained more knowledge regarding the different metals and the uniqueness of the david yurman sterling silver. He also educated me on how to care for the jewelry and what rings pair with other rings. I highly recommend Donovan T. Also, the store manager, Katrina is fantastic and very personable.

I am an African American who has Been coming to this Northpark store for years and making purchases. I noticed aside from my personal sales rep, the other sales reps never speak when I walk in the door. Yet, a white couple walks in they they get a glowing Hello Mam and Sir how are you. Every customer should get the same greeting. And I will stop purchasing here.

David Yurman jewelry speaks to us because of its timeless and upscale design. We made the connection with Amanda MacKinnon a number of years ago through a mutual friend, and she's been our #1 ever since. If we visit another boutique in another city--even the flagship in NYC--we wait to purchase from Amanda. She's so special to us.This Northpark Center Mall boutique has an inventory that rivals just about any other location. It has a separate room with men's jewelry, a main gallery and then a couple small rooms, one is bridal.Sales professionals make their customers feel at home and always offer bottled water, and if they really love you, it might be a glass of bubbly! Shopping at this Yurman is always an event, so save up for a great experience! And remember to ask for Amanda!

I have visited this store location on 2 separate occasions and each time the sales associates have been downright pathetic and rude. One in particular - Dennis D. was an remarkably rude. I needed to exchange a bracelet which did not fit and had planned to also purchase an additional $16K in merchandise (necklace and ring). He I erroneously assumed that all that I needed was to replace the one bracelet and was very rude about it. He said “all that you need is an exchange- well, I have other customers waiting on me”!!! What a pompous & money hungry snake!!! After that I just decided to return the original bracelet and not purchase anything further from him nor the store in general. His loss and the store’s loss. The business model here at the Dallas store is built around sell it and move on… don’t support the loyal customer base! If there is a repair needed or an exchange- it is not worth Dennis’ time nor any of the other associates. I now know why so many clients complain about the lack of customer service at this store. I will also be filing a formal complaint with the corporate office to let them know exactly how loyal customers are treated at this local store. I am certain that this store is a poor performer as I can only assume that it losses revenue due to it’s unprofessional staff. Ridiculous!

One thing this store definitely could work on is the customer service. I felt and I feel like a lot of other reviews have mentioned the same feeling - so here it goes. When my husband and I walked in to purchase a gift for my sister - we felt the lady who was supposed to greet us seemed a little annoyed with our presence. I'm sure we weren't looking our best "rich" since it was a long and crazy day but regardless - no one should feel like they don't belong even if they are just window shopping. Anyways, we walked in to view a few pieces I had picked out from their online catalog. I felt as if they were feeling threatened by us - as if we might steal and run? I'm sure it happens - but with the security and our attitude we didn't obviously. I can't remember the name of the guy that helped us but he seemed a little off in the beginning but he started feeling comfortable as he started noticing that we weren't actually window shopping - the ring I purchased beautiful! Loved it! Staff - please treat everyone with respect whether they are purchasing or window shopping.
