If I could give zero stars I would. I called and I was told that they weren’t busy so they would take me as a walk in. When I arrived I was greeted by a very polite lady. She took me to the wedding dress area and explained to me what section my size would be. I was expecting for someone to show me or atleast help me to look for the style that I was looking for. After a few minutes of no one else showing up to help me, I continued going through the dresses that where hung. A lady that worked there told me that I was in the wrong section. She told me to look on the ones that where hung on the wall. After that no one else bothered to help me. No one asked me what kind of style of dress i was looking for for. I felt completely ignored. I left I went to another bridal store where I also didnt have an appointment. There i was treated very differently. They made me feel welcomed. They gave me several dresses to try on. I was able to walk out with my wedding dress that same day. Do not waste your time at David’s bridal. I guess uou have to have a higher budget so they can take care of you.

The seamstress ( Chelsea) who was assigned to me was very knowledgeable, nice, professional, and very caring. The entire staff was great, as soon as you step in the door you are made to feel welcomed and attended to. David’s Bridal gets two thumbs up from me. 😊

Ms. Natalie, was really good at listening to the colors and styles of my bridesmaids. She was really nice and helpful as well. They have a good selection of colors and styles.

Bestie made a same-day bridal appointment & imagined we may not get the best service with Saturday being the busiest day. I was wrong. We were treated like royalty from the moment Ivy walked into our lives. She listened and provided wonderful suggestions, and we found THE dress! I wasn't there to shop for myself, but I also fell in love at first glance with a gorgeous dress that was on sale for under $50. Impulse buy? Nonsense, that was fate. I walked out of there feeling empowered. 5 stars from me for the movie-like experience of dress shopping while still feeling like we were the only people in a busy store.

We had a great time here at David’s Bridal! It was a last minute visit to find my dress and Taylor was so helpful! She had a wonderful and sweet attitude and was very prompt in helping us find the right fit and perfect dress. I am very excited for my wedding now and am sure it will be perfect.
