Deaf Action Center is a nonprofit organization serving the deaf and hard of hearing community in North Texas for more than 50 years. Located in Dallas, we provide programs that promote communication access, education, economic opportunity, and well-being. We offer professional sign language interpreting services, and all interpreting revenue supports our community programs. Our team provides education and guidance on self-advocacy, helping individuals build the skills to advocate for themselves. Services are available by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted.

Awesome place to assist people with special needs and disabilities. The staff has been extremely helpful. Without this center, I'm not sure how I will be helped with all my needs to navigate my life.

It was a wonderful experience! I was there to assist the outreach team with Dallas County Health and Human Services. All the people that I met including the interpreters were very kind and very sweet individuals. I would be more than happy to attend this location again.
