Disappointing customer service! Walked in and only 2 sales people were in the store, neither of them could say hello or even look at me. For a high end airport store, low end service.

The WORST experience ever! In general! I would give the brand “CERO” stars. I bought some items online, received something TOTALLY different, OBVIOUSLY they don’t have the items I picked available any more, then i need to return the items I got (wich im ok with) but until then i can have my REFUND.

Bought a dress and can’t return it without a boarding pass They won’t answer their phone or return calls from three consecutive days of voice mail.Their corporate office says they are independent.No way to talk to or co tact anyone!
