I purchased a blouse that I loved at the store in Love Field on Nov 2nd, 2022. The blouse came apart at the seam after wearing one time. I talked with Desigual and they informed me that the store would have to make it right since I bought it in the store, and unfortunately no one ever answers the phone in the store. NOT HAPPY, this blouse cost me $125.00!! I will not buy another item from that store!

One of my fav places on the planet to buy fashion‼ Discovered a store in Italy or Germany in 2016 and fell in love! The designs and prints are unique and appeal so much to me all the cuts fit so well. Keep designing! I'll definitely keep buying. Note: Need to address the store inside Dallas Love airport. You're able to purchase on the way out, but if you need to return or exchange you need a new/purchased ticket! Absurd... I bought a dress a few weeks ago and actually need a size change... getting back into the airport is not possible. And posted hours not always correct either. This is an ops issue, the store abs clothing is magnificent‼

Bought a dress and can’t return it without a boarding pass They won’t answer their phone or return calls from three consecutive days of voice mail.Their corporate office says they are independent.No way to talk to or co tact anyone!

I've left nice voicemails the last three days in a row (they don't answer their phone) to return a dress. Their corporate office disavows this store so you can't talk to anyone or contact for return in any way.

Once I got off my flight at Dallas Love Field on Saturday at 8:42pm, the store Desigual caught my eye. As soon as I walked in the store the salesperson told me the store was closed. I asked her for the price of the shirt and both salespeople kept saying the store was closed. I asked for a business card to purchase the item online. I was told to take a picture of the store name. As I was leaving the store another customer asked if she could try on an item. The salesperson said "of course, but we will be closing soon." I went back in the store to ask the salesperson why was I told the store was closed. The salesperson said "she will buy but you won't." I hate to pull the race card but I believe I was treated unfairly due to color of my skin. I really wanted purchase the top but I guess my money wasn't good enough. I'm not sure if I would even purchase items online. Btw, the store hours are 6am - 9pm daily.

What a disappointment. No one was willing to work with me regarding an obviously defective item. Total disconnect between Desigual and Hudson. Terrible service. Do not trust their workmanship.

I have been a fan of this brand for a long time, every since I discovered its rainbow-enveloped store in Fashion Show Mall, Las Vegas. For a time, Desigual was a stop for me in Northpark Mall near my in-laws' house, but it closed and I was bummed. Eric R. was passing through Dallas Love recently and mentioned he saw Desigual! Last night we had a short layover in DAL and decided to roam over to Desigual. The store of course is much smaller than the Northpark location was, but there were plenty of great items to browse. It was only women's stuff in this store (Desigual usually also has men's and children's sections). Lots of dresses, sweaters, accessories, and purses were available at every turn. There were no Black Friday sales in store but there were sales online. I think it is great the Desigual returned to Dallas because the clothes are so colorful and beautiful. It is a shame that you have to be in the secure area to get to them, so locals have to be flying somewhere to shop. However, it is definitely one of the coolest airport stores I have ever seen!
