Worst company ever! Beware, dishonest, and unprofessional. The only way they would fix issues if we renewed. We are now responsible for shipping 3 printers and a large copier because we would not renew. Reporting them to the Better Business Bureau for misinformation.

There should be no surprise there are so many one-stars! Unfortunately, our contract doesn't end until next year. Horrible service response time! Non-existent customer service! I literally haven't heard from them in 18 months, even after reaching out for help!
