Desmond was excellent. He was courteous nice patient and kept me informed all day. The bad thing was it took all day 10 hours because of the problems he was having with my phone cutting on and off but he was determined to fix it for me when i had already been to 10 other places in denton, he was my last hope. I had pictures and all my text messages which no one else was willing to try to get. I really really needed that. I stayed patient too because10hours was long day to sit and wait. Smile.
