What a great move! The crew was on time, very polite and hard working. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience with movers. They worked hard to do everything correctly and timely. I would recommend them any time!

We were so pleased with how DFW Packing Pros cleaned out and reorganized our garage. It’s been years since we’ve been able to move around our garage without constant clutter. Would definitely use again if needed.

To sum my experience in just a few words: professional, efficient, and quick! They came in, got everything out of our old apartment within 2 hours and unloaded everything into our new place within one hour. I highly recommend these guys!

This is the second time I've used this company and each time has been a pleasant experience. They have been prompt, professional, and made my moving experience as easy as possible. My mom was with me for both my moves and each time were very respectful towards her, which goes a long way with me. I wouldn't use anyone else for my moves.

Great, polite young men. Very patient when asked to reposition furniture several times in my new residence. Even when we ask them to slide a very heavy piece often until it was “just right”! We had heavy pieces, some iron and lots of glass and they worked hard to wrap and secure everything. A very positive experience.

Moving can be one of the most stressful times but DFW Packing Pros was amazing at getting me to my new place. I've never hired a professional moving service before (always was a DIY or have friends help) and Elle in sales was perfect and helped get me set up for my move. On the day of my move, I received a call from the movers, Dustin and Maio, letting me know they finished their other move early, and to see if I was ok with them coming over early. They were fast and efficient, and well worth the reasonable cost compared to having friends help you move. It saved my back, my stress levels, and just made it incredibly easy. Thanks again guys, I'll definitely be using you for any future moves.

Where do we begin? We hired this company to help us pack and move! We had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! (Although Maio & Keisha were amazing- it only takes 1 bad seed to ruin the whole process!) So let’s talk about the other movers and the disaster that happened! There is a mover named Vincent. He clearly hates his job and threatened to quit every chance he got. He made himself too comfortable and sat in our furniture day of move. He damaged our furniture and he lost his tools as well as hardware to our personal furniture! He was very unprofessional and made the experience almost unbearable. To top it off, at our new location he didn’t connect the washing machine drain hose to the washing machine and day 2 at the new location- the kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom were all flooded! When we called to report this to the company so they could file a claim- they of course went ghost! We spoke to a manager (Elle) a few times throughout this horrendous transaction and anytime money was mentioned- her whole attitude would change. She became very rude and just nasty! Needless to say- 100% we DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

Can say enough good things about this company. Elle communicated everything for my move. Getting initially scheduled took a couple extra days, but since it was planned in advance it didn’t effect the move at all.The guys who helps pack and move me (Maio & Sean) are world class professionals. Showed up within the time window and got right to work.Great guys who handled all my items with care and attention when packing.The move went smooth and cannot recommend these guys enough!If you need help reach out to them and do not get upset if it takes a day or 2 to get an emailBack, they are busy and it’s because they provide great service!

I have used DFW Packing Pros twice now in 4 months. They have fair and honest pricing. They returned phone calls and provided efficient crews to pack and move. It’s very rare to find a moving company with the stellar service they provide. Both moves they showed up exactly on time! Will always use this company for future moves and will recommend to family and friends. You will not be disappointed.

Great experience! These guys just completed moving a friend from a 3rd floor apartment to my house and then moved the rest to storage. They were awesome! They never stopped moving and the three of them worked together efficiently. They wrapped furniture, took necessary steps to protect things and were very respectful of my personal property when they got to my home (they had to maneuver around all my things). They were priced a bit higher than other quotes, but it was worth it. This company deliveres outstanding service and communication.

A great experience for me. The office staff was pro-active and responsive. No frustrations there. The movers were friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the care they've taken with my items even though they were quite heavy - I have a lot of heavy art books. Nothing got dropped or damaged even the least protected items.
