I reached out to Mrs. Harris for assistance with connecting with someone in the dumptruck field and all I will say is I haven't looked back since. She, her team and her company is extremely resourceful. And by all means get to her restaurant if you like crab legs. Aunt Irene's Kitchen in Dallas
