We had a great experience at “Diamond Factory” place. Mike was amazing. He made the whole process very easy. First he educated us about different rings and diamond stone. He was very patient, kind, professional and very knowledgeable person. He helped my son in choosing a great engagement ring . The Diamond Factory will always be our number one choice when purchasing jewelry and diamonds. The customer service is exceptional, the products are stunning, and the customization opportunities are endless. Barry and Lauren helped design my engagement ring and wedding band and they are perfect. When I had my first baby, my husband wanted to put a larger diamond in my ring and Mike was so incredibly helpful to do that. He kept us updated on status of my updates and was there to hand over the finished product. I would recommend this team of experts to anyone looking for a great diamond experience!

I’ve been dealing with LeighAnn for years she is amazing to work with . She’s very patient and extremely helpful with ideas . My latest purchase were gifts for my nieces, a pair of diamond studs and a pair of ruby earrings with diamonds around it. Both pair are beautiful and great price.
