Placed a $50 delivery order and when driver got there Dickeys showed NO order. I guess they eventually found the order only to tell driver NO pulled pork! Half my order was pulled pork! A BBQ joint with no pork?!? It took me 2 hours to get cancelled and I’m hoping my credit card is credited!

Went to Dickeys BBQ today with our Christmas GIft Cards and the Summerfield FL site couldnt wasnt set up to take the gift cards. Really People!

Gift cards don't work! They refused to honor them.Dickey's changed their gift card system and now older gift cards are no longer valid. They refuse to honor the older gift cards and corporate will not call you back. I have spoke to them several times and they promised to resolve the issue, but they failed to do so.I discovered this when I placed a very large order. Upon presenting my gift cards, they only accepted one or two. Two. I had to pay $88 cash for the balance even though I was standing there holding several more gift cards.I should have just walked out and left the food behind. That's the way they have treated me.

Delivery was 30 minutes late, food was cold. did not get entire order but charged for what was ordered. Very unhappy customer. Very difficult to get a response from management at either corporate or store level.

Ordered delivery through Dickey';s online but apparently they use Doordash. It appears Doordash picked up my order but it never made it to me! Dickey's local store won't do anything because the food left the store and Doordash can't refund my money because I paid Dickeys. Dickey's corporative customer service is inexistent...a month later and over a dozen of phone calls and nothing! I have emailed, called, spoken to the local corporate offic ein Dallas, been assured that someone would reach out within 48 hours... and nothing! It is a total of lack of respect for your customers. So sad,Kid-friendliness: Not a kid friendly place

I was sent promotional offers for a free pulled pork sandwich if I purchased a Big Yellow cup. I purchased the cup on the offer on 2 separate occasions. Haven't received a free sandwich yet. Always ended up paying the full price. Dickey's promotional offers are just scams in an attempt to get business for mediocre food.

I have called multiple times, left messages and cannot get a response of any kind. I have sent emails as well.Cameron, I don't see that happening as I have sent an email to the email address you provided back on 12-06-23 and have yet to get a response. At this point the only way I could even think about being less happy with Dickeys is to get a refund for the RAW holiday meal we paid over $250.00 for. What makes this worse is we did not even order the meal to be picked up the Friday after Thanksgiving as we do our Thanksgiving the Saturday after.

Ordered online and never received my food. Store said not heir problem because they prepared the food and it left with Door Dash. Door Dash said can't refund the money because I did not pay them, I paid Dickeys. After one month and a dozen of emails and voicemails, -none of them returned- I am still without money and without food!

Ordered a Cajun Fried turkey for Thanksgiving, to my surprise I paid $90 for a VERY RAW turkey that I picked up on Thanksgiving Eve!!! A raw turkey in a oven bag that they claimed was at the very least seasoned, it was not!! Ruined my Thanksgiving plans!!! I want a FULL refund, false advertisement! I was told my turkey would be cooked at Dickeys kitchens and transported to local store & I would only have to reheat it!! Even the ad , said heat & eat, not COOK & eat. Why would I buy raw meat from a restaurant rather than a butcher, just sounds dumb! Just horrible customer service & very deceptive to steal money from the consumer. A $10 turkey with an $80 turkey bath! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Roland, Laura, and Renee,Just so you know, you guys have a bunch a clowns running your stores. You have people that allow your stores to run out of product without caring if there's caterings that require certain product to fulfill or just foods that people go to eat and enjoy, therefore losing future repeat guest due to your stores unable to provide what the guest wanted. Roland, you yourself spoke about how you know people go to eat with a specific item in mind and how its our job to make sure that is what the guest gets. For example, guest wants the ribs and goes for just the Ribs Dickey's makes, but guess what, thanks to your clowns, there's none, and the guest walks away on multiple occasions and never comes back because there's never any product. Multiply that by 6 guest a day, different guest everyday.There's days they go without certain side items, certain meats, paper good (clamshells to put food in) because the clowns refuse to allow the purchase of said items when needed. I recommend you personally go to the stores to talk to the managers wand ask them what can be done to make the stores better. Don't send the clowns, YOU GO yourself and investigate and gather the information YOU NEED to know. Your reviews and sales suck, go investigate, don't listen to the zoo, listen to your crew on the front lines who ACTUALLY experience the embarrassment of having to tell guest there's no product and get yelled at.Also the request of your stores to physically fix the store, not happening, clowns won't let it happen. Not even a bucket of paint for the doors as you asked for.I can go on and on, and the clowns will tell you I'm upset over getting fired, I'm not really. Just bored and decided to write this. Which is all true tho. And for the world to see.

Talk about a very NASTY person!!!! The lady working the counter at Terminal D at DFW has the WORST attitude. She’s the older woman with Red hair. Geez. We sure could use a little more kindness in the world. You won’t find it at Dickeys!!!!

Ordered for the family on Saturday night 2-25 thru the dickies online site, payed for the ordered waited for the pickup time only to get there and the store is closed at 7pm on Saturday they took my order tookmy money and no food. How do you explain that too your kids. Here it is a week later and I can only get the corporate office on the phone, their customer service I guess is so overloaded they can't answer the phone. I've have used them for years, won't be anymore this is ridiculous.

This place is amazing (dickies murrieta) me and my family definitely plan on coming back. There food was absolutely outstanding, the portions were perfect, and the ribs are to die for. We came in for my moms birthday and the customer service was great. They’re very kind and friendly. The environment and energy of the location itself is amazing as-well. I definitely recommend coming in here, gonna recommend to my friends and family!

Staff is way cool, super friendly and they care about the customer. Food is totally wonderful chicken, brisket, mac-n-cheese super good perfect portions. Will certainly be back repeatedly. Overall Dickey's (Murrieta) is amazing!!
