The Baked Potato fully loaded with Brisket beef is phenomenal! It's good for 2 full meals. Cooked to perfect with. Crispy skin and the Brisket is delicious. Whenever I'm in the mood for a baked potato that's my go to.

Never got the chance to even say hello. No one at the 'order here' stand even greets you. Being crunched for time I decided to walk a couple of minutes to the grab and go news stand. @Enrique C basically summed it up in his review. You want your airport restaurants to show travelers the best of the city. I recommend visiting an actual location.

If you don't come to Dickeys in terminal C you're going to miss the most incredible Brisket sandwich and the best sweet tea hand made by Rebecca. I guarantee you won't be disappointed and your taste bud's will thank.

I am writing this review after coming to this place more than 5 times. The meat and the flavour of the smokiness is good, I don't know if they cook/smoke it there or if they bring it from somewhere else, but I saw them taking them out of a warmer all the time. I personally think the employees need to get a customer service training so they treat the customers better, they are not rude but it feels like they do not care about working there and give a pleasant experience. Another thing that I don't like is that they sell their smoke meat per pound too but they never actually weight my Burnt Ends or Brisket when I've ordered. I don't say anything because I am usually in a hurry to get my transfer flight but it is annoying. In general, I don't recommend this Dickey's location because the service is not to a good standard.

The Brisket and burnt ends were soooo delicious! We will eat here again when passing thru DFW! Would love to ship some home!

Ribs are tasty, brisket burn ends are also well cooked, tender, full of flavor. I had fries (flavored) as side, wife commented the wings (rib rub) were too dry. Order was smooth.

I'm not one to complain, but this was hands down one of the WORST experiences I've had dining in a long time. Rude employees, took forever, cashier was eating hot cheetos and licking fingers while handling our food. This was absolutely UNACCEPTABLE and not only will I never visit this location again, I will never be visiting ANY Dickey's BBQ ever.

2 stars because the food was ok. Service was horrible. Took 5 minutes just to be acknowledged by a worker. One was on her cell phone talking the whole time. Got sassed by the staff for asking for more than 1 sauce. Ordered a side of okra and didn't get it.

Terrible service at the Dallas Airport BBQ Location- Terminal C...bartender in such a hurry that she just throwing crap in a glass and serving it. I ordered a Bloody Mary. $16.00 for a crap drink...I couldn't even drink it because it was all lime juice and splash of Bloody Mary mix...it was sour...and it's really hard to screw up a bloody Mary...and she somehow did. I don't think she had much experience. She said I could order food at the bar...when I went to order food...she said not yet...then spent 20 min serving drinks to people that came up after and then came back and asked if I wanted food. By that time I was close to boarding my plane so I paid for my $16.00 crap drink that was barley touched and went and grabbed some pizza at the store and ran to board the plane. First experience with this BBQ joint and will be my last!!! 0 stars!!!

Well, its airport food at an airport restaurant so theres that. But aside from the place running out of green beans and baked beans, we did get there an hour before closing, the service and food wasn't bad. Its one of the few restaurants still open at 8pm at DFW. The real gem is the bar and bartender Monique - works her butt off all with a smile and professional demeanor that will bring us back for future DFW stop overs! She gets 5 stars!

Cold and overcooked all at the same time. It’s a shame that this is what people traveling will think “Real Texas Barbecue” is like.

This place used to be pretty good but it has gone way down hill . The last sandwich I had here was so dry that even smothering it in BBQ sauce didn't help a bit . In addition , the service has gotten worse as well . Truly disappointing.

Although the ribs were good I really wanted the potato with baked beans. Being gluten free (an absolute necessity!) the server didn't know if there. Was gluten in the beans. This should be given knowledge for all your meals. Do you realize that eating gluten could lead to cancer besides the pain that you would inflict on your consumers? In addition to this problem, it would have been appreciated to get a wipe to clean our hands after eating. Really.

I had the worse experience in the food side I should have just ordered from the bar. I had never been to this restaurant and heard great things. An older Hispanic female with blonde hair was extremely rude when I tried inquiring abojt your menu. Then she proceeded on to speak with employees who worked at the airport and took there order with no hesitation with barely acknowledging me. There food was instantly moved to the front of the line. I’m a bit confused shouldn’t your guest come first?? I gave it two stars because the bar
