They just want to sell their products . They promise you something when you buy and when you come back they say no we didn't do that . The assistent manager is rude and has no clue about customer service. He mentioned that for him about reviewing him on Google, he said I don't really care ." I don't know who a company like that leaves employees respond like that to customers.

Can't pull up my account ( call center blames the employee at the store for not pulling it up properly). Lady at the front quite unhelpful, and essentially brushes me off. Run my social or DL and pull it up, simple. Shouldn't be this difficult to spend money.

This location never has anything in stock that I’m looking for, they are always sold out of common sizes and it seems like they never replenish. Don’t waste your time here if you’re looking for something in particular.

0 Stars if possible. This location has removed all Texas A&M merchandise from their store. A poor move. Will never return, as there's no reason to shop here anymore.

So I left a review about a month ago and it seems as if my review has gotten removed while I’m gonna leave another one after spending close $600 in this store they had lost prevention following me around making it very uncomfortable for me to shop I will never go back to this place and I don’t advise you to go spend your money there either I was buying shoes for my kids for the upcoming AAU season

Associates in the shoe department are not friendly and one of them repeatedly said why do I have to work here and stuff like that. We waited for the shoes for over 30 min and left the store without buying it.

You can find endless sports equipment and accessories, but it takes time to reach the product you will buy due to the lack of personnel for the product and equipment you will buy. America's biggest problem is no tip no service :)

I have never had this bad of an experience at a Dick’s before. I ordered an item online for store pickup. Cashier gave me my order without checking my app or ID or putting in bag……whatever. I open package to see item and noticed it was badly damaged. The person fulfilling this order would have definitely seen the damage. The manager was extremely rude and scattered, walking away from me when I tried to talk to him or ask a question. His comment to me was that it was on sale. So that means I accept damage? I would feel a lot differently if he acknowledged the mistake and apologized or showed even a hint of caring.

If you want to be sad and find bad customer service just visit this store ( guarantee) you will be so mad and sad, there is a lady with the stor tag on her T-shirt and radio I asked her where I can find this she told me I don't work here but she call later somebody so if you're there and you're able to call someone why your answer very bad with bad reaction??You can say let aske somebody to help youAlso I went to ask another person and she said you can find it there!I went there but there wasn't there so please don't go there!!!because there pric is crazy!!So I will never go there.
