I purchased Hoka sneakers at Dick's. I have flat none arch. I searched the best sneakers to purchase, Hoka's came up. I'm work in the medical field and on my feet when I have a patient. I suggestions to ALL that have feet issues to purchase Hoka's. I love them and will continue to purchase Hoka's❤️❤️❤️

The worst shopping experience ever. I should know better than to go to a big box to buy running shorts. This place was bigger than IKEA with products all over the place. The store attendant did not even understand what running shorts were much less where they were. He said they are in multiple locations around the store. I asked him if he was going to a grocery store to buy soda in the grocery store. Tenant told them the sodas were in four different aisles around the store and he would have to go search for them. How would he feel. He looked at me like I was from another planet. Your system is broken!

The customer service at this location is terrible. Honestly, I don’t understand what’s happening with these stores lately—the treatment you receive is awful. It feels like the staff has no basic manners or training. They should be properly trained to treat customers professionally and avoid losing people who could become loyal customers in the future.

7 workers were standing around talking. When I walked up and asked where the dartboards are, not one employee knew if they even sold them...lol! Lazy people nowadays. How does one work and not know what they sell?

Racial discrimination and profiling. I had 4 employees consistently made me feel very uncomfortable. Will not be shopping here again. Would advise to steer clear.

They won't give me a refund of a product after one use even with the receipt in hand and showing the product is terrible quality. Don't recommend buying here.
