Extremely limited Dallas Mavericks gear. Mainly kids sizes. In a large affluent area retail wise it was extremely disappointing. Won't shop here for team gear ever again.

Friendly store lots of options what kind of early in the morning though it's hard to navigate because they're still stuck in the shelves and stores, so it was a little crowded. I also hit my head in the weights area on a punching bag stand that was in the wrong place I had a hat on and blasted my head while there but other than that watch out hazards...

So this is about my online customer service frustration - I purchased a peloton tread, and less than a week later I received an email saying it was $500 off. I reached out a few days after that for a price match and was told to reach out directly to peloton.I talked to peloton customer service and they said they will adjust the invoice to Dick’s Sporting Goods and to ask them for the refund.Dick’s said that since I waited too long to ask for the price match they couldn’t do anything. Oh, but they could give me a $20 coupon.So, Dick’s is getting the $500 discount on the tread, and just keeping my refund. I’ve been a loyal customer and spend regularly there, but I won’t be shopping there for any big purchases again.

We went to the batting cages and we were helped by Antonio. He had great customer service, very friendly and professional — and when my son got a blister on his palm he went to grab a bandaid.

Wait is so long to try on a shoe it's as if they're constructing the shoes in the back before you try them on. Plus online stock is never accurate

Will NOT provide refund to original form of payment(credit card) despite having receipt and returning within 90 day period.Bought Hoka shoes 6/17. Exchanged for different size 6/19. Came to return on 7/15 which is within a month of purchase. Staff member(Pamela) stated register will only give option to return on a gift card. I requested to have it returned to my credit card and they said they couldn’t do it.Called customer service line and they stated the store should be able to return the funds from the gift card to the credit card.Store denied again. Called customer service again, they called the store and was told the register was not working as expected and only gave the option to return to gift card.I spoke with the manager (Derek I believe) and he did not help at all. Just repeated the same information and could not give reason as to why the register worked that way.This was entirely on them and they refused to fix the issue. Extremely dissatisfied.Be weary when shopping here

I had a great experience shopping here! The store was very clean and organized well. Mercy in the shoe department went above and beyond to help me find the shoes I was looking for. Every employee I encountered was kind and helpful!

Representative was drunk in afternoon and I asked him something he was stinking of alcohol and whatsoever no idea about the offer which was clearly written and about the product. They should have some policy's for employees

Not good for shoe shopping. Some representatives have less to zero knowledge about shoes. Also they are not interested to help you. Few days back when I went for kids shoe the representative was better thats why giving 2 starts.

We were trying to get baseball gear and all areas we visited were understaffed. I went to customer service and no one would even acknowledge us. A few minutes later an employee was passing by and we asked for help. He called someone else to come to assist us. Then we went to the shoe area where there a couple of employees trying as best ad they could to keep up. We spent 1 trying to get shoes until we gave up and went somewhere else.
