Dillard customer service and manager at north park mall and cooperative service very horrible and rude and unprofessional. Will never shop at any Dillards store again the y don’t even deserve a star at this point .

Please do not bring your gift here for gift rapping! Waiting damn near I hour for a pair of shoes. The girl that was working had no help at all and the employees that did show up had no regard for the customers waiting in line. Where the hell is the supervisor? Dillards you can do better than this! Need to implement some training for the people that in charge, this a billion dollar company there should be no room for this in a leadership roll! Come on man!! Very very weak!

The sales people model for shoes is terrible. Once one consultant helps you another can’t help you. If they’re busy, it means you’re stuck waiting and waiting and waiting help.

Newet Weldense is one of the best workers at Dillards NorthPark. Layla and her both helped me find a missing bracelet that I had forgotten to grab when shopping. They were very understanding and took their time to come to a solution. Best customer service with the two of them!

I went shopping this evening in the shoe department at North Park in Dallas.
I asked for help from an employee to try on a pair of shoes. I found one shoe and wanted the other to they them both on. He told me to go find it myself. He walked off.How Rude!!!
Another employee named Samir helped me to locate the shoe and make my purchase.
Samir was helping numerous ladies find shoes and checking them out while the other employee walked and did nothing to help.
I didn't get his name but I did take his picture. Shame on you!

I'm from D.C. and we don't have Dillard's. I was pleasantly surprised at the store on my first visit today. The store carried many brands I wear and there were sales. The store was clean, and staff were smiling. I will visit again. ☺️
