My experience at Diptyque Dallas NorthPark has always been exceptional. I am a regular customer and owe much of my amazing experience to the wonderful Julie! She goes above and beyond to ensure I am always happy with my purchases. She is extremely knowledgeable about the product and I can always trust her recommendations to be impeccably tasteful. I shop Diptyque all around the world when I travel (City Candles, - iykyk) and the customer service at North Park is superb, second to none. Julie always ensures I am aware of upcoming launches so I don’t miss any limited edition items. Do yourself a favor and look for her next time you visit the boutique. I also have to shout out Michael, who is just as helpful! ❤️

Love Diptyque and love Julie at the Northpark boutique. I purchase all of my Diptyque exclusively with Julie. She has been my SA for several years and knows my scent profiles that I love. Her attention to detail is top notch! Even though I do not live anywhere near the boutique and have never been in the store in person, Julie makes it seem as though I am getting the full boutique experience. It is rare to find such a personal level of customer service these days.

I went in almost a little over month ago to inquire about the softening hand soft refills that’s been in and out of stock for a while now, and Mellisa was working and jotted my information down and told me she’d reach out to let me know when it’s back in stock. Today she reached out to inform me they had the product in stock, and for her to reach out a month later, tells me she’s all about her business. Some people just act like they’ll reach out and never do, but the fact that she did built trust and as a customer who’s worked in retail for years, that speaks volumes. I will definitely keep coming back to see her! Thanks again Mellisa!! :)

Best fragrance store in Dallas! The candles are incredible as well as the line of home cleaning products. It's a great place to buy a unique gift and they provide beautiful gift wrap. However what makes this store truly exceptional is the outstanding customer service from Layanne and Chase! They are super welcoming and so helpful in guiding you in your choice. Layanne and Chase keep me coming back again and again!

I was debating leaving a review here, but I thought maybe management can use this as a training opportunity. I stopped by after work with a specific scent I wanted to purchase before heading home. I walked in and there were three people, a man and two women. They greeted me in a bored way, so that should have been an indication of what would happen after. The man asked me what I was looking for, and after I told him, he rudely “corrected” my pronunciation and then immediately took on a weird persona, like he was trying to make me feel uncomfortable. He then suggested items that were lower-priced but I chose the more expensive item. He continued with his weird attitude until he handed me my item I had purchased. I was here with the goal to make a purchase, not be part of some weird rich shop keeper fantasy this sales associate might have had. Please train your associates on how to approach and talk to customers, unless your intent is to drive away customers.

Very friendly service. Of course, it smells amazing in there! I was given good recommendations based on what I like in general and ended up leaving with a scnet that i've been very happy with! The new Rose eau de parfum :)
