I got into a minor accident and needed two new tires and new rims. Rey at discount was very helpful and did not pressure me into getting anything I didn’t need. Originally I thought I only needed one new rim, but Rey brought the other tire in to show me the other rim that needed replacement. Service was super fast and professional. I got new tires 6 months ago at a different discount so my warranty covered the tires.

I hate to live negative reviews, but this place needs better management. I bought 4 new Michelin defender tirs spent over $1400 a little over six months ago and now realized the front tire worn-out they didn't notify me to do alignment to have better life time on the tirs. Did alignment and requested to rotate the tirs, and they refused to do so, and the manager didn't even bother to talk to me. I'm a discount tire customer. I had good experience with discont tire but different not with these locations.

My favorite and most recommended tire store in the north DFW area is Discount Tire at 3390 President George Bush Tpke, Dallas, TX 75287. The staff is the best, i repeat, the staff is the best. After using several other tire stores and experiencing horrible service, I recommend Discount Tire for a staff that you can trust and is the politest staff I have ever worked with in my 50 years of purchasing tires!

I had to go to Discount tires for tire replacement that I bought from somewhere else,
The manager told me he will l be able to help me.
He was amazing but they charged me 108. For two tires replacement that I had my own. Including balancing.
To me it was expensive and very high price to perform that job compared to others in the market.
I had no choice since I had to be on the road and I made my appointment.
My fault was that I should have inquired about the prices before which I did not.
Other places charge 18 to 26 for placing those tires on your car.
I am still wondering why it's so high.
Other than that customer service was amazing.

The employee named Nico is a Jerk. Be careful with that guy. He does bare minimum jobs, including basic services like filling tire air. He won't do it. I see that those guys are absolutely worst this based on previous review
Those guys will not put back your tires until you buy from them. Customers beware

Yesterday I was driving home and all of a sudden my tpms light came on. I panicked and immediately searched for a Discount tire location considering I lived on the other side of town. This location popped up. I was shocked to be able to pull in and Eric and his team found a screw, plugged it and had me on my way within the hour! Super fast! My lucky day! Thank you so much!

Great service my son and his girlfriend had a blowout the night before going to a wedding. I will say we did try other places first to no avail. My son was leaving to go back to Colorado that day and Kerry got them in and out working through his lunch. Thanks again Kerry !

I arrived at 6:10 pm to see if they could put air in ONE tire and was told to come back in thei morning. I explained that I lived in Garland and was worried to drive that far on the tire and he shrugged his shoulder and said to come back in the morning. Wow wow. Will go there for service clearly they don’t care about any kind of customer. There were cars in the bay. It’s all good. I’ll be sure to tell everyone I know about the service they’ll get.
