Rachel and her hair tech Natashia have been a very good choice for me. When I changed salons, approximately 6 months ago, my hair was damaged and breaking after getting a permanent color. My hair is now healthy, thicker, and growing. I just got highlights again three weeks ago and there is no breakage.
Rachel has a lot of customers but she gets you out as soon as possible and is the fastest curler I have ever met. Those hands are magic. LOL

I arrived without a prior appointment and was initially apprehensive due to previous negative experiences with other hairdressers and the limited hair I had remaining. Rachel accommodated me and skillfully corrected my haircut.
Upon returning home, I noticed that the haircut was not entirely satisfactory. I promptly contacted Rachel, who responded in a highly professional manner. She scheduled another appointment and meticulously rectified the issue, resulting in a look that I am extremely pleased with.
I intend to continue visiting Divas Styles Saloon and have chosen beautiful Rachel as my preferred hairstylist moving forward.

Shawnte did a horrible job with my hair. I immediately went and purchased a wig to wear after she was finished with my hair. Horrible, horrible horrible. She rushed through the whole appointment.And did not cut my hair as I asked her too. She cut my hair uneven. I had long stands where it was supposed to be tapered.A hot mess. I will NEVER go back to her..200.00 down the drain for a horrible experience.

I was so excited to have a consultation with this hair salon. However, I was not able to go to my prepaid consultation appointment. I did not know I would be charged an additional fee for not showing up. I did pay the consultation fee when I booked. There was nothing listed about a fee for a no show or details on how to cancel or reschedule. I have a friend who has been a client for more than a decade and her hair looks awesome. I guess I missed out.

Shawnta was amazing! She corrected a cut that someone did previously and relaxed the perimeters and gave a rinse. She gave me tips that I’m using and my hair has never looked better. She was professional and very polite! When I walked in, she greeted me and made sure I didn’t have to wait long. I found my stylist.

I travel from San Antonio to sit in Rachel's chair. The experience is more than hair with her. God truly blessed her hands. I recommend her to anyone. The Salon is beautiful and I personally feel she pours love and life into each style! ❤️ ❤️

Im Late posting because Im just at an AWE Moment from my 1st visit. First time in Many years I've beyond satisfied with my Stylist, Mo'Nika J. When I first arrived yesterday I was so nervous and thought I was having a panic attack or something. She was on time inwhich I knew she would be because of my IG chats with her prior to coming. She is Patient, Understanding and Very Professional to where I felt at peace once she started. She explained her process every time she touched my head and I truely appreciate that. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a Gifted and Blessed Stylist. I woke up this Morning feeling Fabulous and most important, feeling myself Again. Thank you my Angel Mo'Nika J

Let me start by saying I will NEVER choose a beautician from IG again! I saw the pictures Rachel has on her IG....short, jazzy hair do's, exactly what I was looking for. When I was finally able to make an appointment that match her crazy schedule, I get there and could tell right away it was 1 of those shops that wasn't big on customer service.....I'm in your 'house', it's your job to make me feel welcome.I waited 30 mins before she called me to her chair, got a perm and a rinse, ended up paying $162 ($25 deposit, totaling $187) for a homemade style that WAS NOT what I showed her I wanted. Needless to say, I will definitely not be a returning customer....i feel like she didn't give me her best, she did a rush job just to get to the next client.For anyone here for the reviews, before you try Rachel out, do your homework and please don't believe the hype! Rachel appears to be a good stylist but I guess only if you match her dry attitude, which clearly I didn't.***Big thanks to Shante....i went back the next day and she was nice enough to cut my hair over, very polite and made sure I was pleased. IF I go back, she'll be the one I schedule with.Service: Hairstyling

This place is beyond what I expected! You know how you've been to a salon and it's older looking and you can tell that the place been around for years? Or maybe that's just me. Diva Styles was the most cleanest salon I've ever been to, I was instantly greeted as I walked in on my first visit by one of the stylist. I was seated, as I sat I looked around this very spacious salon, whom ever did the decor I loved it! This place has a urban but classy vibe to it. They play nice music (that's enjoyable) and again did I mention how clean it was? I was introduced to Natashia, While she was already working on a client head. Natashia was very sweet/ quick and prompt when it came to styling my hair, her associate and I had a good conversation while she shampoo my hair, once I was done shampooing, I was blowed dried out and Natashia begin her amazing process to doing my silk press. I've never felt so comfortable with people but both these ladies made me feel home, we laughed so hard. If you looking for a place to get slayed then this the place to go!!!

My last experience was my hair tech took another appointment at the last minute as a favor which pushed mine late. She had someone else wash my hair and she told him to blow dry my hair which I never do. I sat for 75 minutes. Was it styles then no she had me placed under the bowl wet my hair again and wrapped dried my hair. My appointment was for 3:00 and I left at 7:30.
