This Dollar General is garbage. The employees are very lazy. They have everything in the aisles without putting it away because of laziness. I do not recommend going to this store.and they are very lazy. No offense.

I arrived at this location 12 minutes before closing. I just need to grab dog food. The doors were locked and people were still inside checking out. When the clerk let them out I asked are y’all not open till 10pm, and he said we lock the doors at 9:45pm. I’ve always worked in the service industry, and if your open till 10pm keep the doors open. I wouldn’t have wasted my time coming 10 minutes out of the way to the dollar general that was “still opened” on google maps. Stupid.

I have seen a big change in this store over the last few weeks . I frequently shop here and lately i have been able to find what i'm looking for. The shelves are stocked, floors are clean and it even smells better!! I met the manager, he answered a few a questions i had about some items and even gave me suggestions . He was so polite and there was a nice young lady at the register too.

Lazy staff! They literally have the store hours on the door saying open “8am EVERYDAY!!” I went at 9am and they’re still closed. People saying they close earlier than time posted as well. So open late, close early. Can clearly tell they work at their own clock and that schedule they choose reflects their laziness and unwillingness to work!

I needed some women’s items and had no choice but to stop here bc I didn’t feel like going to Walmart for one item! Boy do I wish I would have just drove to Walmart! The whole store is nasty, messy, needs to be cleaned and organized! Nothing is where it’s suppose to be! The manager just standing at the front of the store while there is a line from new York to Texas and the cashier was on her phone while checking people out! I just don’t understand what’s up with customer service in Dallas TX, this dollar general needs new management! Someone who cares!

This is ridiculous this store never closes at the right time. Every night I go there they literally close 20 to 25 minutes early and I could see if it was once in a while but every night is crazy how about changing the closing time on google because this just makes me livid

Just had to walk out because the hispanic guy on the register kept speaking Spanish even though he was speaking English to other people he refused to let my wife use the restroom who is disabled and the other employee said all you need is a key and he gave us the runaround so we no longer want to shop here it's a bad location with bad people

Latin American woman working the register should be fired immediately. She lacks professional in every way, I understand this is a dollar store but is it really necessary to be rude to every single customer. Third time I've had a bad experience with her as well as other people I know. Me and a few customers were waiting for her at rhe register and calling her and she rudely told us to wait and she comes texting like her phone is more important and still continues to be on the phone while checking us out. I will not be returning to this location.

This morning at the Dollar General i stepped on the biggest tack there ever was and when I told the cashier she acted like it wasn't a big deal but I'm diabetic. She told me that the workers don't have any control over what's on the floor in the store that they're working in the store in. If my foot gets infected then what?
