Every time I come to this store I find what I need and even more. It is very clean and organized. The chubby Hispanic lady who works there is very friendly and very attentive to those who enter the store. It may or may not be part of his job but he makes you feel welcome. Thank you and keep up the good vibes.

The time is 6:30pm. I came to the dollar general for the doors to be locked and the lights on even though online it says it’s open and on the door it says it closes at 9. I’m not sure if the employee that was working decided to go somewhere on the clock or just hide out on their shift to pass the time, but I have notice the new employees are rude so it wouldn’t surprise me. And of course the one time I needed an item, nobody is there when the store is suppose to be open.

Cashier berated a customer and was shouting at everyone in the store! She was extremely rude for no apparent reason.

The truth is that for such a busy store and for their stupid manager to tell you that they don't have change for a $100 bill, how can they possibly be so stupid and to think that one BA carries exactly the money that one intends to spend makes me angry because What I was spending was 47 dollars to get something stupid from that man who is the manager, I really don't know what she does, improve your staff, be kind, you depend on your product, but if you don't consume, they will die of hunger.

I shop at this location regularly, it is a bit far from my home but I prefer this location since it’s always so clean and tidy. Not to mention the amazing customer service I love Ana and Crystal they are always so helpful. Anytime I go I see Ana working hard multitasking with the register or cleaning up. Love this location.

Every time I come to this store it is always nice and clean. When I have trouble finding something, the Hispanic lady always goes out of her way to assist me with what I needed help with. Nice and welcoming store, I do love the prices! Especially the savings on Saturdays.. $5 off when I spend more that $25.. love it

The only reason I'm giving him a star is cuz that's the lowest I can give him. Time after time I have had problems with the same man at the same store which is Dollar General West Northwest highway across the street from Batman Lake. I've been having problems with him for probably over a year. I stopped coming to this location because of him. Rude, lazy, inconsiderate, sloppy. He acts like he can't make PayPal transactions. He leaves his coworkers high and dry when it gets busy up front. I've seen him run and hide in the back while they do their best to take care of customers. Poor ladies. To top it all off he closes early when he works evenings. He closes at 8:50 when the sign on the door clearly says you close at 9pm. The doors were locked at 8:50 again tonight. I knocked and he was very rude saying he was closed. His actions or lack there of need to be brought to his attention. I understand we all need to work we all need our jobs but he needs to be written up, punished by suspention or just our right fire him. Trust me the store would be way better off with out him.Thank you for your time and consideration...Jesse Cervantes
