I was in a tough situation that needed me to have cash & as i only had a card, im really glad that Dollar General offers cash back on purchases. The store was very neat & stocked and the employees were super friendly and accommodating. I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Kris, who went above & beyond to assist me in making a couple of purchases to get the cash back i needed. She was outstanding, caring, and super helpful - the very thing people need! Very refreshing experience & i will now shop DG everytime im on the go. Thank you so much Kris!

This general dollar is a disaster, the employees do not treat the customer well and they have made a mess of it, I never find the products I am looking for in the app, they say they have them and when you go there is none and it is a shame because it is super close to me and I better go to another one that is further away but better service and the store is more organized than this one I hope they do something to improve

I was VERY disappointed with the customer service received by Jonathan???... First off I came in the store for a few items.. He watched me like a hawk at first???... After I got the items I wanted and headed to the register, then there was no one to be found????, making me wait several minutes ?to get checked out... (NO ONE CAME UNTIL I SAID LOUDLY IS THERE NO ONE TO CHECK ME OUT ?)..When he finally SLOWLY walked up there ??he said I'll get you on the other side??... NEVER once did he greet me or be hospitable toward me?? HE DEFINITELY NEEDS TO WORK ON HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS...??? I AM A VERY DISPLEASED CUSTOMER ???...JUNE 2️⃣7️⃣ A ABOUT 10:00 10:15 A.M...

There was a big and tall blonde girl, with a a ponytail wouldn't give me 50 percent off of the items which was marked with a sign of the items 50 percent off. She was too lazy to go and look at the sign to show that the items we're 50 percent off. That was just being lazy. Very poor customer service. I've been to a lot of the 50 percent off sales here in Texas and from the state where I'm from. DG, step up your game on your 50 percent off sales. Your staff is too lazy to check. I won't shop there anymore.

Hope you went to the ATM before you head to this one.The majority of the time, they have a cash only sign taped to the front door.The store is constantly a mess. I’m cracking up at the pictures of the “store” on Google because that store has never looked like that, ever. Pretty sure the social media manager copy/pasted stock photos of their newer stores in an attempt to make it appear organized. It’s sad, because you know the stores are not getting the hours and support to make this store organized.

This store is located along Garland Rd in a section that is not exactly sketchy but certainly more old and run down than modern and upscale. When the little one wanted (begged) for a toy from "the dollar store" we ventured in. What a surprise inside. The store was clean, organized, nicely organized, and had a good vibe. Nothing at all what I was expecting. I liked it and can imagine returning. The one negative, something you find often at stores like this, is that there is only one cashier working so the line can get long.

Old cranky women who work there! The black lady has no customer service (cranky all the time, slow, and lack interest in her job) and the white lady is always having some sort of racist conversation ! The store itself is disgusting and unorganized!

There are many very expensive products...others at a good price...The employees are willing to help you with something at any time you need them...the cleanliness of the premises is acceptable...IN MY OPINION THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE SOMETHING IN THE NUMBER OF OFFERS AND THE PRICE...TO OBTAIN DISCOUNTS IT IS VERY DIFFICULT...LET'S SAY ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE
