I’ll save you all the trouble of waisting your time and gas traveling to this location by letting you know they will always close 30-45 minutes earlier then what their closing time says… just go somewhere else to save yourself the trouble. I came here today and they had customers in line but locked the doors not letting anyone else in and they didnt even close for another 45 minutes

It says that close at 8 pm but they close at 7:30 the ladies close the door on our noses!!!

I never leave reviews for Dollar General, but I just had to take a moment to do so. Sorry I didn't catch the names, but there are 2 black gentlemen that works there who were amazing. They were both so polite and helpful and when I was walking out one of the gentlemen helped an older lady out to her car, he placed all of her bags in her trunk, and even made sure she was seated in her car and pulled off before he left the lot. ❣️

On a Friday. Around 5:45pm. Store is supposed to be open. But was locked tight. No cars in the paring lot except me and one other car who was just as confused. No signs on the door. This store gets no more chances from me - the lackluster customer service, empty shelves, boxes all over - I could go on and on but it won't do any good. Stores have management, and how they are presented start from there. My suggestion, tho I hate to take money away from the city, find another location to go to or you'll be sorry.

I love the one on Bluebird street from Redbird lane. I have always fancied D&G. Items in the store is always somthing that I need and find.

They raised all the prices on store brand stuff and left the $1.00 price on the shelf. When you check out all the prices are $1.50 $1.75 $1.35. You buy 20 items and they charge your credit card company $35.00.+. Lowlife way of doing business.

Just left this location and the cashier that's working is EXTREMELY rude! I did notice the customer before and after me were her color, so she treated them wonderfully. She wouldn't even tell me my total! And upon giving her the correct amount of cash, she didn't even give me my change back until I asked. What a lovely employee this DG has.

Just left this location and the cashier that's working is EXTREMELY rude! I did notice the customer before and after me were her color, so she treated them wonderfully. She wouldn't even tell me my total! And upon giving her the correct amount of cash, she didn't even give me my change back until I asked. What a lovely employee this DG has.

The worst location I have visited. The employees were very rude. One employee verbally harassed and yelled at the cashier for calling her in front of multiple customers. I was at the far corner of the store and could clearly hear her. She then “didn’t feel like selling me all of the items” she removed one. It was during business hours and the doors were locked, I had to wait for her to let me out, while she was arguing with me. Once I was in my car she came out of the store and followed me to my car to yell nonsense. Customers were not made aware of the doors being locked during business hours which is false imprisonment, add that to an irate employee and it is by far a horrible and traumatizing experience.

Sure it’s clean but they literally lock the doors before closing time and make you leave. Online says closes at 8pm and at 7:45pm the cashier says their closed. I left my cart and walked out

On 04/18/2021 at about 2:00pm I was standing in a long line at dollar general, there were two employees standing up at register 1, only one of them was checking out customers, While both employees were standing behind register one. they were talking about personal business such as dating, who’s in there face and who they want in their face, and wanting to go home so bad. The female employee finally asked if someone was paying with card . And I asked if they were taking card and neither one of them responded. I asked again and both employees laughed and acted very very immature and very unprofessional. I hope they found happiness in having horrible customer service skills. They are the reason businesses need micro-managing.

Needs more organization in regards to who's working the check out stand and who is not. One thing I did like, they have a great variety of products (Starbucks coffee) at great prices. The store is clean and functional.
