Customer service is terrible….. went to check out this Sunday evening. While I was in line there are two associates, one working the register and one standing at the end of the counter. The one at the end of the counter, was on the phone on speaker phone. Heard all of his conversation. Including him saying he was going to beat someone’s ass. When I got to the front of the line, I asked him did he work here……he said yes. I asked him if he thought it was professional to be on the phone cussing on speaker phone in front of customers. He said mmmmm. Then he proceeded to say we are all grown. I told him that has nothing to do with it, that I’m sure his mother didn’t raise him like that. He said he was on the phone with his mother. So I asked him, you told your mother you were going to beat her ass? He said yes… I could only shake my head and leave the store. I’m sure he is not being paid to stand at the counter to be on the phone on speaker. While other people are working and a line full of customers. Ok dollar tree. SMH…. So if you want poor customer service and a store that never seems to be fully stocked and clean…… this is the place to go hands down!

Why is it always an old cashier who takes her job too seriously and unnecessarily nosy working the register. Just ring my items so I can hurry up outta this store plz. The line wouldn’t even be this long if you’d just ring.

Terrible customer service, they don't seem to know how to interact with customers. I went in to grab a few things, then the cashier stopped ringing the customer 2 people ahead of me up because of some issue. Then the manager moves the customer in front of me to another line to check them up, while allowing other customers to get in that line also. Why wouldn't you go in order of who's been waiting the longest?! I ended up leaving, horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service this really rude older lady named Karen made a mistake entering the amount of money I gave her and then stood there trying to give me the wrong change after I counted it. After I told her she gave the incorrect amount she got all defensive and loud and tried telling me I was wrong after arguing back and forth with me and catching an attitude she called someone else and made the other person count all the money only to end up giving me the change she owed me back. She caused so much chaos for no reason.

This must be a really busy store. They were out of a lot of things, and the store was really disorganized and messy. I'm hoping they were just short handed today. Update: they were better stocked than last time I was there. They have a friendly staff and I enjoyed my shopping trip today.

This particular location is one of the worst Dollar Trees I've been in. The store shelves were barely stocked, so bad I asked if they were going out of business. At least the employees seemed nice but overworked. They either need to get it together or close this location! I went in for several items I normally purchase from other Dollar Trees and I was only able to get about 10 percent of the items! Parking is also hard because of the parking area that is shared with Wingstop and Pizza Patron( along with some other stores. I really don't see how this location is still in business. I hate to see places close and people lose their jobs but this location needs a lot of help. I believe it could be successful in that area if it was stocked properly. After that I would recommend a " face-lift" to update it's look. With proper help from Corp it could be sustainable since it's neighbors are popular food places. It's right in the middle of the Greenville crowd, Hispanic crowd and the target demographic it's supposed to serve.

So, I just stopped by here, very 1st time and I see mahogany was having doing a great service to everyone and I wasn't the exception so polite, will come back to this one if need to... ????

I adore Dollar Tree, but this store is a big hit or miss, with the latter being the norm. I come here because of the proximity to my house and convenience, however it is far inferior to other options in town. To summarize, it does the job, but only just barely.
