In all the dollar trees I’ve ever been to I’ve never been to a dollar tree that never has toilet tissue or refrigerated snacks or drinks. This place needs to be fully remodeled and very much updated Nothing is ever fully stocked. They’re always out of stuff and the employees look like they don’t know what they’re doing. No one‘s aware of any of the shipments or when things will arrive. It needs to be looked at Immediately. Definitely time for an update and remodel

Worst place ever manager is so rude with red curly hair so is the other lady with glasses and brown hair they didn't allow us to cash out but allowed the employees to buy what they needed before they closed the registers

This location always has one or two cashier's lines long . IF YOU WANT AND NEED TO GET AN ITEM AND GET OUT DONT COME TO THIS STORE LOCATION. ITS HORRIBLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAD BACK SURGERY AND CANT STAND LONG. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. WYNNEWOOD VILLAGE NEXT TO KROGERS.

Let me start off by saying the two young men that were working we're very polite and hard workers. It was surprising to me to enter a extremely busy store with one register open with a huge line of customers waiting. Both young men were helping customers when the manager named Veronica came to remove one of the young man off the register and moved him to another one that she created. After telling the "manager" that we were waiting in line forever, she stated he needed to finish working his line and walked away. Instead of pulling away from doing her displays and taking photos, she should have helped out her employees by taking down the lines. That's what any manager would do instead of just walking away. A couple customers in line left their items and walked off I made sure to stay behind to ask for the manager's name she was so unprofessional and I will not be coming to this particular Dollar tree again.

Shelves empty, no Father's Day balloons, and the cashier failed to ring up and bag one of my items. Sad! Not sure I will be returning.

Good finds for the cheap but for some reason the store manager brings a miserable attitude to work . Cashiers are nice but don’t last long here . Maybe not getting paid enough to deal with that manager .

This is a horrible example of what a store should look like inside as well as how it should operate. This store is always cluttered and not organized. And I have NEVER been there and didn't have to wait for a long time in line to check out.
To top all of this off is the fact that while you are able to load a push cart in the store while selecting your items to purchase, you CAN NOT push your cart to the parking lot once you have paid them with your hard earned money. A shopper at this store must cross a street to get to their car. So you must depend on someone else to help you with large or heavy purchases to get them to your car else you have to leave your unattended purchases in the store and make multiple trips to retrieve your items. No one should be forced to make multiple trips to retrieve their purchases. Not the able-bodied nor the disabled.
Finally, this store does not treat it customers fairly. There is no sign posted before entering it on the doors or prominently displayed anywhere in the store that tells you "DON'T BUY MORE THAN YOU CAN CARRY OUT IN YOUR HANDS!!!" Businesses must make you are aware of their policies BEFORE you spend 30 minutes or an hour in their store shopping AND BEFORE) you pay for your items. Remember, Dollar Tree has a no refund policy only an exchange policy. So even though you have not left the register, once your money leaves your hands you are not getting it back.
IT IS ONLY WHEN YOU GET READY TO LEAVE THE STORE WITH THE ITEMS IN YOUR CART THAT YOU ARE PREVENTED FROM PUSHING THE CART TO YOUR CAR IN THE PARKING LOT TO UNLOAD YOUR PURCHASES). This discriminates against people with certain disabilities, the elderly, the infirm, etc. In my opinion it is unlawful and certainly does not follow the state's sound business practices guidelines nor the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines.
The fact that you can not push large or heavy purchases to your car is NOT friendly or accommodating at all. That is why I have started to shop at other stores. You only find that Dollar Tree and similar national discount chains in economically oppressed areas are doing this to their customers. Kroger, Walmart, and many other stores that operate is the same areas shopped by the same population DO NOT treat their customers with such obvious disdain.
