I wouldn’t even give them a star if I could, person in register she said she goes by the name of Janette but receipt says Denise she said I snatched a balloon of her hand when I was just in a rush to pay. she had a really bad attitude since the beginning when I asked her about a balloon my 4 year old daughter couldn’t reach. She needs to learn to not take things personal confronting customers when we haven’t done anything to her. Really poor customer service skills!!

Overall I didn’t deal with anyone but I notice a young lady with two children came and tried to grab the hand basket off the table it had items in it instantly one of the workers stopped the young lady told her get a shopping basket she implied she didn’t need a shopping basket was only getting few items worker proceeded to grab the hand basket out the young lady hand ,young lady just walked away …them two women instantly ran in that room to watch that lady on the cameras I know they did I’m white and I just hate discrimination than they assumed her kid stole a toy that everyone seen him come into the store with it was big …. god bless that young lady for remaining so humble especially being younger

Today's date is Saturday, December 7, 2024. I just asked to go to the restroom and the black male employee asked me to ask the manager, white/hispanic female with grey hair. It was approximately 11:40am.The manager said, "No, we don't allow customers to use the restroom. " Won't shop here anymore. Place is messy anyways. Corporate do better.

Some black lady ad the manager is absolutely rude. I just asked to used the bathroom and came to shop. I called her and she screamed at the top of her lungs. Never coming back here. GHETTO

One line open. There were two registers open. One lady closed her lane. Came back as the line was almost to the end of the aisle, and called for the next customer which was a person from the middle of the line. Pointless. May just need more employees like everywhere else.

Store is okay. The moment I walked in an employee called on the PA system for security to "review all the cameras" and then the cashier stalked the lane I was shopping in. Felt so uncomfortable. Would not return.
