Manager old lady is rude !!
Went in for a exchange on a table cloth it didn't fit my table and she was so rude because I came in for that and didn't exchange my item !

It's always very organized and the worker's are very friendly. I wish they had a little more variety and they're missing the freezer section. Overall though, it's a good store. They seriously need more cashiers though because the lines get so long and mostly always only have one register open unless it’s too busy and they open another.

Whoever worked at the cashier’s area today around noon (I believe her name began with a ‘K’, and I’m so sorry that I’ve forgotten it) was absolutely delightful. I was so, so pleasantly surprised and we will be returning to this DT over the course of our stay in Dallas for our basics, instead of the neighboring Wal-Mart. Any business is lucky to have kind people in public-facing positions right now, and this employee was certainly a huge value to Dollar Tree. Thanks again!!!

I got to the store at 9:40pm to get one item and the door was locked. I called and they answered saying they close 20 minutes every night to clean the store. I’ve worked three different retail jobs and never did they close the doors early in order to clean. As a retail store the number one goal is to offer good customer service. Dollar tree failed to offer that tonight.
