I really liked shopping at dollar tree because you can find many things at a very affordable price. The attention is also very good. If in doubt a place I can sincerely recommend.

RUDE!! I literally came in for ONE THING and it was in the bath accessories aisle. The aisle was blocked off on one side so I went around to the other side to get my item. Worker came and said “Ma’am this aisle is closed. I KNOW YOU SEE THAT IT’S BLOCKED OFF” There was no hazard or anything so I don’t understand why it was closed during business hours. They should take care of their stocking earlier than 1PM if that’s what she was doing.

Only one cashier and there are plenty of employees that are avoiding the register in the aisles. One even had the audacity to get on the second register just to yell at customers that she was going on break.

Perhaps I have grown accustomed to the Dollar Trees located in Houston; however, this particular establishment resembled a Dollar Tree Superstore, as it possessed an extensive array of items essential for my new apartment. I have frequently encountered empty shelves at other locations, so I was genuinely astonished to visit this store and experience such exemplary customer service. If i ever return to Dallas, I will certainly make it a point to visit this Dollar Tree again.

Store is mostly empty and cashier is super slow. The line was very long and the other employee didn't even bother to help out while only just one cashier worked.

Viola- my experience with you. I walked in, no hello as you’re sitting on the phone. A customer before me gets rung up- while you’re on the phone. You say no hello, no your total is. The entire time you are on your cellphone. Your conversation- “They want me to apply for manager, but it pays $12.” Your entire call consisted of so many swear words, I was glad there were no children around.
Please consider another job where you aren’t in the front lines. Customer service is not for you.
